Doubt regarding the storage of raws

I have a doubt that I have never solved yet, if someone who homebrew as well can shed some light I would really appreciate it brothers

Got 300 g test c. but I don't want to store it in the fridge because of humidity and that stuff deteriorating the hormone (I don't trust myself that much to seal the bag properly). If I just store it sealed in a dark dry place at room temperature....will it remain fine for years to come? (it is intended to be the emergency stack, for when coronavirus kill us all and all that)

The other alternative is to hombrew everything in GSO and store it the same way. I have been told by two different UGL that the hormone will be preserved better suspended in oil and in raw form, so there's discrepancy and I cannot make up my mind.

Every experience would be so much appreciated, brothers of the needle

Sealed in a dry dark place will be fine. Just place some oxygen absorber packs in it. The little ones you find in dry supplements. Even if you leave it alone for a year or two I can't see it degrading more than 1% or 2% at most. If you decide to brew it it will still maintain. It's all about what your preference is. I would just put it in a food saver bag with a couple oxygen packets seal it and forget about it until you need it.

thanks

brother, will do it like that , the capsules won't contaminate the hormone?

The little oxygen packets won't do anything to the hormone. They are in all kinds of things from powdered supplements, pill bottles to beef jerky. They only help absorb oxygen in an enclosed package.

300 g is a sizeable amount, so why not add some extra insurance and put the ziploc in a mylar bag and throw in some desiccant packets as well? If you open the bag you'll have to replace the oxy absorber though as most likely it'll be like a little brick. Oxidation and hydrolysis are the two primary enemies of raws, or really any pharmaceutical for that matter. Heat and light initiate oxidation, so I'd recommend monitoring the temp wherever you're storing them too just to be extra careful.

I've used test c powder thats roughly 3 to 4 years old that was just stored in a vacum sealed bag kept in a cool dark place. Brews up just fine, smells like test c when it's opened up like it did years ago . I personally wouldn't brew it all up at once just make what is needed at that time.

300g would create 1.2 liter of brew, it's a waste.

The raws go in ziplocks, taped shut, 7mil mylar bag with oxygen packs, then multiple layers of mylar bags, toss it in a metal can of some sort, ammo can will protect it from rodents or anything that might damage the bags. Could also use a empty paint can you can buy at homedepot and hammer it shut after you've added your oxygen packets. You can get pint and gallon sized containers.

Wtf are these "oxygen packs" you guys are talking about??? U mean moisture absorbent silica packs??? U know, the ones that control moisture.... hmmm

Oxygen absorbors are packets that contain iron oxide that reduce oxygen levels in a perfectly sealed package(mylar, metal or glass container) to 0.1%.

Silica packs should be used as well, you can make those with silica kitty litter baked in an oven for 2 hours and then placed in a coffee filter stapled shut.

500 - 2000cc oxy absorbers is what I recommend because you won't have any oxygen problems as long as you use a quality mylar or containers. To tell if your oxygen absorber packs worked, you check them 24hrs later and you should see the vacuumed sealed tight around your raws removing the air in the gaps.

Don't stick your raws in the freezer or fridge. Keep them dry, cool and you should be able to maintain them for at least a decade with the above method.

Shit guys it's not rocket science lol. Place raws in ziploc bag then put bag into canning jar with some silica packs and paper towel. Will last for YEARS in a cool, dark spot.

Vacuum seal with o2 absorbers, in a cool dry place. That's how i've been storing mine for years. No problems or degradation that i can tell.

I know that Test E when you leave it in storage gets painful if you brew it up waiting too long

Test C could be different, but I would just make it all up. Worst case is you have to sell your pals a few vials lol
