Raw storage sanity check

The OP's plan sounds good. For the last 20+ years i have been storing my powders in a sealed bag then in another bag with a with a desiccant. In an ice chest in the center of my home in a closet. After 10+ years everything is as good as new as fat as i can tell.

I've read that dessicants can render oxygen absorbers ineffecetive and should not be used together.

Are oxygen absorbers, or dessicants more appropriate for long term storage or AAS raws?

Just use rice and salt. Basically, you put the bag of raw into another bag, then place that bag in a jar filled with a mix of rice and salt. That’ll keep it good for years.

I know that few things are truly airtight, but isn’t plastic wholly water tight?

I personally went bit overboard and basically took some schedule PVC pipe. Vacuum sealed my raws in bags of 10 grams each put it in the pipe, sealed the pipe up, but before I sealed it I displaced most of the pipe with argon gas for wine coolers. Then preceeded to keep the pipe stored in a deep freezer.
I also threw in some moisture absorbers just for safety
Was cheap but effective time seal.

I mean it could work but only deep under. You want the temps to be low so I guess 10 feet low in the ground should do the trick.

I'm over here barely able to dig a foot or two deep to plant a queen palm in this shit clay soil. 10 feet not a chance. All my joints would be destroyed
