Shipment confirmation email with everything besides the test. Not sure if because the raws are international and the test is domestic. Or because of this overweight issue.
got an email from your girl Jade saying that shipment was overweight and requested $40 extra dollars. I emailed her saying I didn't see anywhere in the payment window or FAQ about overweight packages requiring $40 extra dollars. If you could show me where I would happily provide. Sent the email over a week ago still no response. Really hoping you guys aren't going to hold my 20x test hostage.

Long time returning customer never faced this issue before previous orders were also large if not larger.

@spl0shy i'm not aware of any order with this problem - can you send me a pm on the board and perhaps delete your comment or remove the detailed information? i feel like this kinda doxes you incase of anything as you have the date/products
@DragonOrdnance Got it, don't see an edit button but if an admin see this could you edit the post (date and order) out of it. Not sure who the admins on this board are but if anyone could ping them that would be appreciated.
