Hello, I have been a faithfull client of Driada, and I guess I still am.
I am not allowed to answer on the underground forum, thats why I iam doing it here.
The latest order from Driada got stuck in shipping and now I am stuck in "sent to warehouse". No notification from them, no information. I ordered on 15.4.2025 (**edited to the right date), its 16.5.2025 today, and I they didnt even ship the product yet.
They offered no compensation and nothing. I spent over 1700€ for their products and this is the first time this happened. I see that if someone makes noice in the underground section, they reposnd there nad reship as soon as possible, but if you are quiet like me, they dont really care. At least that is how it looks like.
Summer is already here and I am stuck without my stack (My order was for around 450€ btw).
If anyone can help in resolving this situation, it would be appreaciated. If not, I just want to inform other people to be carefull.
