Drink sugar free jello for joint and tendon issues!!!

All commercial gelatin sold is collagen protein and the biggest is Knox Corp. aka Knox gelatin. Every single company that sells collagen protein uses their stuff. No one needs fancy bullshit and the clever marketing. I take it and love it but nobody needs to spend $$ to get special shit like” Dr. Axe’s” phonily marketed gelatin(collagen) IMO

It doesn't reverse aging, just helps h

So keep using regular Jello? LOL

Pork Rinds are also pretty much pure collagen and zero carbs. Love the things! Just have to ensure you aren't getting crappy ones that are fried in crap oils.

It fucking works!! It works better than about any other damn thing I've ever tried. I mix 1 packet of sugar free jello with a bottle of water and drink this about 2-3x a day.

Talk about some rapid fucking healing, my tendon feels better already and I've only been doing this about 2 weeks now. I felt a difference within the first 3 days from it. Jello is supposed to help collagen in the body and since tendons are 80% collagen it's something that is supposed to work well. I guess a lot of strength coaches do this with their athletes also.

Just thought to share for anyone with joint and tendon pain
Just so I’m clear - you take a packet of gelatin and just drop it in your water bottle and drink it? Because it’s not heated water, it doesn’t solidify, correct?

When I first read this thread I thought it was a joke. But on a whim I bought a couple of 24 packs of the stuff on sale at the grocery store, and started downing one every night. I think that was six weeks ago, because I'm almost out.

Have to get some more, because for the first time in years my knees don't ache all day while I'm working, or hurt at all during squats. They still hurt (a lot) after a long bike ride, but nothing is perfect.

Thinking of ordering some unflavored gelatin mix, since it's a lot cheaper than Jello, and I pretty much hate the super sweet taste of the stuff.

Are you just mixing it in hot water and drinking that way?
