just received order.. very good to go yet very expensive, nothing has changed
Almost 24 hours ago? Seriously? Dude chill your orders coming. It’s middle of night in Russia. You’ll get your tracker when orders at your house or almost there
Well, every other time I've ordered, after sending the "payment sent" email, they've emailed back in a few minutes or couple hours max saying they received and would send tracking etc later. Haven't heard back at all which is a first. Given the way sources can go bad in an instant, you never know.

I would keep emailing him a lot.
I don’t know man, don’t feel like digging through old emails (yeah I know, poor opsec, but I’m too lazy to delete em all and it’s not like I’m doing anything that shady) but I can’t recall ever getting an email back from Alan in a few hours let alone a few minutes, after btc details sent. I get it, it’s not like placing an Amazon order, but as far as sources go he’s not one that makes me particularly nervous. Like you said, a source can go bad at anytime, but what can you do? Your orders either going to show up.. or it won’t. I guess you could always hop a plane to Moscow and go searching for him, but I guess that would depend on how big the order was
but give it a few days at least before you start freaking man. I would probably start getting a little nervous if I had not gotten a reply to my transaction email from this guy, after a few days. But taking a loss, is one of the risks we take. The bigger one of course, is did the remailer get compromised, along with your info, but the odds of that happening and then turning into a controlled delivery for personal quantity is, is very low imo

Never order close to the weekend. No need to worry man
Now more than three days after I sent the email stating bitcoin sent; no reply. Saturday, a day after my initial email saying payment, I emailed again saying I had sent payment. Now more than two more days later, no email confirming receipt of payment and no tracking number or anything.

No issues here. Actually, I saw some new items added, finally. Good to go for me all around. Miss the selection of Alpha and Pcom, but guess times are changing.

Have you been checking your spam folder too?
Wouldn't be the first time a sources reply went to spam and the customer thought they were being ignored.
If your btc was off by even pennies he won't confirm

Right, so when that happened before he’d reply to the email and let you know you were short and to send the rest. This time, there’s been zero reply, including to a second follow up email.
Any update on your order? Was actually looking to pick something up soon from dg, so following closely how things go for u

OK, so an update:
I went to the website and asked about the order. A few hours later, I got an email saying he had responded several times, and also provided tracking. This is still odd, because I received the reply stating they had received my order, complete with order #, and simply wanted me to reply saying funds sent. No clue why I wouldn't get those replies suddenly; they weren't in my spam either. And I've placed multiple orders in the past and never had any issues getting feedback. Not sure if he's now using a different email and switched and possibly that messed things up. Tracking says pack is on the way, so assuming it arrives, this will just be an odd email mix up.

Glad to hear you got a response, definitely let us know when pack lands and all is good. Question though, you said you went to the website and asked about the order, do they have some kind of chat interface? Will be interested to see when your order lands as well, Ive probably ordered from DG I don’t know 15 times, and without exception The next business day after funds were sent the pack would be shipped, and in my hands two days after that. Remarkably, on one order I sent funds around 2pm, The pack shipped that same day and was in my hands less than 48 hours after I had sent the funds. So as a trade off to the premium pricing I’ve always expected reliability and lightning fast shipping. So if the communication is falling off and packs are starting to take longer I Will keep a close eye. There’s one particular item that he has that no one else does, that I’ve kind of come to rely on him for. And for this particular item, the price is very reasonable. It’s a nice niche shop, not the kind of place I can afford or want to be buying heavy cycles from, but for certain items if i want them fast hes my go to
