If you are starting to feel a little better about it, taste 4-5 drops of the oil... It should be spicy. That is a good start.

I feel a little better.. I mean I did see an additional sticker, it was a skinny grey strip about 1" long and pretty skinny, like a 1/4" .. I think I ruined that little sticker though lol. I didn't know what it was
