Thanks. I tried to find one at the store. To no avail... I may look a little more. These are tiny and seem to flake rather easily. I'll give it a shot though.

Even everything is ok with your vial (it doesn't contain any bacteria) I wrote you that I will send you 1 free vial with your next order to replace this one. You had horrible pip because it's high concentrated product.
And after my last email you wrote here that I did nothing....

I do apologize for saying u would do nothing I didn't see where u said u would send me one free vial next time but my whole problem with it was u said one vial can't be bad or they would all be bad but only one vial gave me swelling and pip so I feel that one was bad. The packages have been coming in 4-5 days just because its the holiday season and USPS is busy af. When its not holidays i get my packages in 3 days.
