Dual-factor Bodybuilding routine for Intermediate and Advanced lifters

Interested to see how this program works for you, ive been following this thread. Goodluck mate, trukker seems to be having a great time with it

Well im only 2 days in but it does seem like its gonna be good. Im hoping it does me good. I really wanna bring my legs up and i think front squatting 3x a week will help. Trukk posted a pic of his legs the other day. Them damn things were massive.

Well your backs def looking thick. How long have you been on that routine?
That pic is a yr old. My 2nd or 3rd cycle. I'll get a better one up soon. Thanks for the kind words. I been on this routine...since the spring I think? So maybe 4 or 5 months. I'd hafta look at my training journal

I see what I did. I basically subbed the pendlay rows for leg curls. Oh well. I can't do leg curls at home. Here's what I'm doing:

Workout A
Front Squat
Weighted chins
Flat Bench
Pendlay Rows
Lying curls
Tri press down
Reverse Flies

Workout B
RDL
Incline Bench
Weighted Pullups
Seated Row
Y raises
Lateral raises
Leg extension

Damn well i bet its even bigger now haha. Do you think you will ever go back to hitting everything once a week?

You should look into getting a leg ext/leg curl machine. I have a plate loaded one in my shed works a treat

Following the thread with intentions of doin it. Got a few work things and personal commitments where i cant give 6 days a week. In 2 weeks im all clear again

Gotcha. Well you need to join us haha

No worries brother
I'd be lying if I said I made all 6 days every week.
Work permitting. Just like you.
I like to string 2 days together tho. Do what I can. It works

Ill only be able to hit 6 days every other week because of work to. But im sure it will work just fine.

Yeah. I just acquired a body solid unit with pec Dec, press, lat pull, Tri ext, seated row, bicep curl and leg ext but no leg curl. I do tons of leg work outside this (hiit 3x, crossfit 5x/wk) so I'm not worried about my legs really.

Rest is important. It's the only major principle that is mostly out of my control. I cannot get the daily sleep a body needs to grow properly. I get sick pushing the envelope too hard and suffer in the workouts. I'm on vacation this week and have access to all the rest I need and it is a world of difference. I'm hitting it everyday no problem. If I was afforded this comfort every week I would blow the top off my goals

I knw what ur saying sometimes it just cant be done. work and family first.

Im defiantly thankful for how u have kept this thread rolling. You personally questioned this program and took it on to make or break it. All in all you have gained the most from this. Good stuff

Im the exact same way. Working 10-12 hrs a day in this 200 degree heat takes its toll. I wish i was rich where all i had to do was workout all day and spend my money on food and gear haha. Its nice to day dream

If I could get 8 hrs a night I would be fine.
5 isn't enough to fuel a big body, 2 hour high intensity workout and like you say anywhere from 10-14 a day at work. A nap helps tremendously. But not nearly as good as uninterrupted 8 hrs

Without work i bet u would be depressed. Work for me is so rewarding and the social aspect is great. I have a ball at work itd like a constant comedy show everybody hanging shit on each other (i work in construction)

On a side note u are correct lol it would be great
