I've replied to most emails, if I didn't get to yours it is probably because it didn't warrant a reply as in... asking for a price list, probing questions about our operation , and some orders that we can't accept or fulfill at the moment.

Also, I've been getting emails lately and wickr messages about my Discord.. I don't have a discord server!! :p

I have a channel on two discord servers, one of which is big Robbie's and the other is Kim's.
So please do not ask me for an invite as they are not my servers.

Otherwise, currently we are just waiting for our stock to land!

Thanks. I have been hesitant to post this because Dyna has always been good to me and come through in the past and I didn't want to be the guy that is always bitching but 2 weeks ago I sent Dyna 5k for an order. He said he was securing some stuff for a week at that point and it was supposed to be shipped last Friday. I have not heard from him since last Saturday and I have contacted numerous people who are close with him and they have not heard anything either. I have tried wickr, protonmail, discord etc.

If anyone has talked to him or been in touch with him please let me know. I generally like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I am fine if there is a delay I would just like to know what is going on and when he will ship it or if he is unable to ship it get a refund.

He has always had great communication action and fast T/A in the past but I just wanted to post this if other people are having a similar situation or to hopefully get an answer because 5k is a lot of money.

Not that my low post count word means much but I tried to make an order for about a grand 2 weeks ago and he never got back and if he was going to take the money and run I would say I would be an easy mark.

Thanks for posting. I was in no way accusing him or anything and I am fine giving him the benefit of the doubt. I really didn't want to post this because he has been a really good source for me and I thought he was a good guy. I honestly would just like for him to let me know what is going on and to let me know if there is a delay or to refund the money. It's just that 5k is a lot of money and it has been 2 weeks.

I spoke with him couple days ago he had a couple minor issues one was a delay and he said he’s still following through

No problem I talked to him Sunday he told me he was reordering because the last order never showed and tracking stalled so he ordered again so I’m sure he’ll come through in another week or so. Not worried about it yet he’s been solid so far and answered within a day when I emailed em

I’m waiting on Dyna as well... not for anything close to 5k but regardless it’s still money I would prefer not to lose. He emailed me finally about a week ago and said he had some issues (that I won’t mention specifically on the open forum) and he would get in touch with me when they were resolved. He’s always been a stand up guy in our dealings so hopefully he’ll come through.
 
Thanks for the reply. Yeah I talked to him a week ago as well and probably heard the same thing as you did. I agree that he has always come through and had great communication and I am fine if he needs some time. I just want to know whats going on because I have tried to contact him a few times since then and haven't heard.
 
Issues come up sometimes and things happen that may be out of someone’s control. Most people know and understand this...

You are able to come here and post any issues that you have ran into. You can make one post and that one post can reach many of your customers. If you’re unable to send individual emails letting your customers know what’s going on, then use your thread here to do so!
That’s a lot better than leaving your customers in the dark wondering what’s going on!
I mean if I had 5k floating around out there and no response to where my shit was I’d be doing everything I could to track you down! o_O:eek::D

This is a bad look for you, but hopefully it’s just a small hiccup, and you take care of the customers you left in the dark wondering....
I thought you were better than that!

The faster this gets resolved the better it will look on you and the Dyna brand! ;)
 
Please forgive me for getting outside my thread. I feel like I have some important information that I need to share because it may apply to someone besides me:

I feel fairly certain that Dyna had a problem with his shipper. I received a package that had 500g of white powder visible through an opening in the box caused by the postal service.
We discussed it via wickr before 12-22. I am unsure of the date because the messages were before the autodelete date. He said that he had already let that employee go; and was working with another.

In the meantime, I have another package that is pending.

On 12-23 I got an email stating that I will have problems if I do not cease operations. The person said "You need to stop selling that poison.... I'm not extorting; I just like it when people stop."
These types of messages are somewhat common; but this one was different.
The sender used the letters of the street name in my receiving address to cryptically write a sentence (that made little sense) by using each of the street name letters as the first letter of each word in the sentence. Ultimately this was done to let me know that the person had the address of my receiver.

It affects me absolutely zero, because I use properties that I have never visited and I have someone pick up for me.

I used that address with Dyna and ONLY Dyna; so I am 100% certain that the sender of that email got my address from my transaction with Dyna.

I have sent Dyna many messages on wickr and email since then; but I have gotten no reply.

I hope everything is well with him because he is a genuinely pleasant person to deal with. This post is not a stab at him or anything of the sort.
I just feel like he would post here if he could; and I feel like I would carry a burden of guilt if I didn't share my experience here.

Well thank you for sharing Sym, that’s certainly concerning. I suppose we will just have to wait until this plays out and hope for the best regarding everyone’s safety. @amtont I feel for you bro, I was an email away from sending a generous amount of money. As Sym said, Dyna is a very pleasant individual to deal and I’m sure he’ll rectify the issue when this resolves.
