There's been a few issues I wanted to address:
1) I only accept Proton mail -> Proton mail.
I will not reply to Gmail or Tutanota.
If you'd like to order, please use your Proton mail to contact me. I KEEP receiving Gmail, Yahoo, apple id, tutanota emails. I've responded to some tutanota emails because it is still a form of encrypted mail service but from now on I'll only reply to Proton mail.
2) There are some scammers in the midst, I cannot go into detail because I myself am not sure why they are targeting me.
3) If you use Tutanota and it obviously says it's been encrypted in Chinese, and you're asking me for a price list. It's obvious you're a competitor trying to shit on me somehow. Or if you're trying to buy domestic Chinese, we do not offer that.
4) I will upload a price list here so all MESO users can see, so I can seperate the scammers from real customers (as our lord and savior Milliard here won't approve most Chinese IP and similar Mac addresses).
5) Some people still doubt I'm based in China, and I'd like to prove to Bolder I am:p, while giving him a look at these titties. Will upload a selfie later on without giving out too much OPSEC. Transparency is key.
6) One lab test is being sent out to W&M, sorry there has been a few delays, personal health issues and also some logistic issues have been causing a delay with a few things. Also, one of my clients is giving permission for us to use his up and coming lab tests that he has just submitted and will receive soon from W&M.
I would like to keep anyone that's interested updated, I believe that is a must in the customer service department.

Free shipping is now over, there's been a bunch of $20 total orders that we gave free shipping on, hope that's understandable.

Word of advice don't offer shit (free shiiping for a week) if you arent gonna honor it. Not sure if i was gonna order or not but now im not. My opinion and/or business doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things anyway but just throwing that out there. Good luck.

I apologize, I agree and I should've worded the requirements/minimum order much more clearly and I did not expect the volume of small orders that was going to come in. My mistake and it won't happen in the future, and thanks for the suggestion. Noted!

No doubt, that's a fact. Just didn't anticipate people would place orders for 10g of Test Ace, continuously while ignoring the other compounds (at 10g). However, I agree with you; people order small to test out the product. I should have anticipated this before posting free shipping , and should have wrote a minimum clearly. It would be great if I thought of every possibility, and this being the most obvious one (i missed - I'm a complete idiot). I would like to apologize again. I will definitely be calculating every variable before posting a sale or anything of that sort again. Thanks again for the sound advice.
 
The sources that make do well here are the ones that run it like any legitimate business would run. The ones that QUICKLY fail are the ones that view it as quick money.

Any business is going to start slow, not be profitable for a period of time, reinvest what little profit they have back into the business and grow. You build your brand and then eventually you reap the rewards.

You might lose money at first, but that’s part of establishing yourself. The free shipping, even on small orders might seem like a loss to you, but it’s the only thing you can do to create a buzz, and to create your reputation. It was what separated you from the other raw supplier that started at the same time. Prove that you can provide your service and then you can take away the free shipping. Then you can charge more.

You’re making this decision prematurely.
 
Wrong again. Stay with 50g prices and throw in multiples of of 5 or 10g as freebies. Thats enough to test without going all in. Do you join in the Democratic rallies, or do you Embrace Communism?

Honestly, I feel dumb as a rock right now. Firstly, bald; you're definitely correct on that. I feel as I don't have to elaborate because what you said speaks for itself and I understand it fully. However, because of the contract we have with our US shipper (payment per package) we are losing almost double for every $20 package we ship out - (every Test Compound). Transparency!
However, I agree; I may have made a few decisions prematurely and like I said I would like to think of a new idea while calculating every possible variable.
TinyTim has given a me a great idea, and I think it's a win-win situation.
Usually as a person (business and friendship wise) I do not like to change my mind often because that makes it look like I'm easily swayed.. or even a bad business man. However, I also thought about it - if it benefits everyone why not input it into the plan. Shit, I talk a lot.

Our MOQ will be 50g (in total - not per product), however we can throw in 5-10g samples of a product on each order depending on volume/product bought. We will re-continue free shipping till next Thursday. I feel like that way we are still giving members an initiative and better offer to try out our products while not making money - nor losing it (of course if you order 10g of Tren or an expensive compound we will still make money - I'd like to keep it as honest as possible) but only at a very very tiny margin.
Thank you guys for the advice, and I hope this shows that I'm trying my best to implement every idea you guys have while thinking as a business person myself as well.

Sorry guys I've been busy lately, still been replying to every email. Sent an email to W&M for testing on three compounds, haven't got a response yet. All orders have been sent out. Free shipping and promo still stand till next Thursday.

I will not be sending price lists through emails as stated before, everything needed to complete an order (pricelist, promos, contact method, etc) is listed in the thread. 10g prices are found on page 4. Reasoning behind this is because I've had a few Chinese sources emailing me pretending to be customers.

Currently trying to get these tests and things sorted out for you guys, while working on getting more products - minimizing cost of our products such as HGH but keeping quality on or above par than other sources - that way we can sell them for cheaper.
Appreciate everyone that has made an order (all 7 of you). Feel free to post a review when you receive your products.
No one has claimed the $250 store credit yet, had 2 users ask me whether Janoshik testing was acceptable.
What do you guys think about this, judging by community opinion I am on the fence about it, but I'm all up for suggestions.

Thanks again Meso, I'll have a bigger presence once I get these issues sorted out; I'll still be answering any important questions and I do read the board everyday / not sure if you guys care or not:p . Also since I can't comment on any other source thread - sources please be aware of any scammers who try to extort you by saying they have your personal information or some bs about your IP; been happening with some raws sources recently AFAIK.

PS if anyone could tell me if they ever had experiences or issues with express priority 2 day shipping (specifically a package saying delivered but customer not receiving it): please send me a PM.

After I received my first order from Dynamite, I decided to get another compound I had been wanting to experiment with, (now I just need to find a recipe that won’t crash) Placed order, communication was awesome, he fulfilled his part of the transaction however usps decided to take their time and mark packages as delivered when they weren’t. I emailed Dynamite just to make him aware and see if they had situations such as this happen before because I have only ever had problems with express mail and the last time they marked my pack as delivered, I never saw it. Even tho the usps fucked up he offered to make the situation right if the package didn’t come. Thankfully the package showed up the next day so nothing extra was needed. Again, solid product, customer service is on point, especially in this specific situation. Thanks again!
