i know people can damage their ears lifting, my friends father ruptered his ear drum doing it. my question is i have some pain in them during a set with a weird pressure sound and i wonder if this if lifitng related or perhaps just signs of an infections. i really don't think i am lifiting enough weight to be at a rupter stage but i also have no clue. could this be form related? so far i have felt it on upright rows, bent over rows, some preacher curls, db shrugs only and sometimes flys.
