im sick of eating the same old shit all the time. if i didn't have to eat to survive i wouldnt do it. i cant cook for shit so if i try to make chicken and shit i usually either burn it or its pink in the middle (no vagina jokes, im serious). i can teven seem to cook eggs, i always fuck em up somehow so if i want eggs i usually just put 6 whites in a glass and one whole one with some milk and drink it rocky style. so if i can eat chicken that leaves me eating can after can of tuna everyday. im sick of it. i need some new shit to eat. what do you guys usually eat everyday. its tough when you're only home for about 20mins a day and you cant cook for shit. i need help bros

Depending on how much you want to spend-- You can get one of those personal chefs-- They come to your house and prepare a weeks(or so) worth of meals and you decide what they make-- It is kinda pricey, I think, but it could be worth it

Also---Go to publix and pick up some rotisserre(sp?) chickens, they are already cooked and there are a few different flavors-- Add a baked potato(6-8 minutes in microwave) and you have a pretty good meal-- Cant mess it up bro

Hamburger helper, chicken helper--depending on your diet, are pretty easy

Peanut butter and jelly + milk

Boiled eggs, and instant low sugar quaker oatmeal, milk

these are some pretty easy things and they are made quickly

hope that helps

This last year i've been buying the frozen burgers already made up i can throw thoughs in the microwave and there done in 3 minutes, also chicken breast breaded type there done in 2 minutes, also frozen veggies there done in about 3 minutes in a cup of water microwaved.

Oatmeal flavored with splenda slice some banana and toss it in or whatever you like apple, orange any kind of fruit and nuts.

I buy 10 pound bags of boneless chicken breasts when there on sale and on the weekend when i have time i cook up the whole bag just toss some garlic salt on them and pepper cover in a big pan and toss them in the over for 1-1/2 hours at about 375 degrees and also like tonight i am cooking a whole young turkey, thats meat for 2 weeks right there, sandwichs and other dishs that i make with pre prepared foods, hell you can add some chicken to top ramen sopup and theres a meal toss in some veffies and your good to go.

My worst habit is eating fast food especially hamburgers and chinese food i have my guy at the chinese place make me up good plates of food whatever i'm in the mood for and no noodles just some rice but mostly veggies and some sort of lean meat or prawns.

You need to get online and look for website with quik easy recipes there out there, maybe we need a recipe forum here also thats always helpful ....

couple quick easy ones are hormel chili ,or even better roast beef hash, i eat a whole can its 42 grams protein 44 grams carbs too much fat to mention but on a bulker here.hormel breast of chicken(can)98%fat free tables sp of mayo 45gr protein 0 carbs,(oh big can) ramen noodles mixed with some velveeta and either chicken in can, rotisseri, or tuna. all can be microwaved in short time.once a week i always boil 2 dozen ex lg eggs and peel good simple way to just pop a quick ptotein snack between reg meals. cheese cut in adv also. on a cutter i always wish i could gorge, and on a bulker wish i didnt have to eat. can't win huh? good luck

Massive, you shouldn't eat your eggs like that...you significantly increase the chances of food-borne illness. Try cooking your eggs scrambled or sunny side up...make sure you use a cooking spray and don't turn the heat too high. you don't need to keep the heat on full blast or else your eggs will stick. If you get chicken breasts and they are really thick, cut them in half to make them thinner and cook them that way. Make sure you flip them over after they are cooked on the outside though. You can check to see if they are pink on the inside by taking one of the pieces off the skillet (frying pan) and cutting it to see the inside. If you have any other questions about cooking PM me. Hopefully this helps some.

Also, Why dont you get a george foreman grill...I heard they are pretty good but you have to clean the crap off when you're done. Also, steaks are very easy to cook...try marinating them the night before and eat it the next day...it will taste better and it won't be dry.

You live with 4 girls! Wow! Nice! Now I can see why you have that comment about masterbating in your signature. :p Bwwwaaa! Jkidding bro! With 4 chicks at least one of them should be a good cook...Just barter with them, tell them you'll eat out whoever cooks for you first! Sorry I couldn't resist, must be all the test and proviron I'm on. regards, pan.

Massive the best tip I got I forgot who posted it in one of the nutrition sections on some board. Anyway a fool proof way to get a good cheap meal is to get a crock pot. I just started doing this about a month and a half ago. I take 2lbs of chicken and what ever veggies I feel like and throw them in the crock pot (cut the chicken into decent size chunks). Then take a cream of whatever you like soup (I like mushroom, broccoli, potatoe, etc.) and dump it on top of the chicken and veggies. I then mix it all up put the crock pot on low and let it cook all night and then I wake up make a cup of brown rice when it is through cooking I toss it is in the crockpot let it sit a little while and then scoop it all out and I have my lunch for the day. The chicken is so tender when you put it on a fork and shake it it fall apart. So easy to make. You don't have to watch it or stir it. Let it cook all night long and you have a nice meal. I am going to try adding bbq sauce instead of soup tonight!!

I have a Foreman grill. It cooks my chicken, hamburger and steaks in minutes. I even cook omelets on it that turn out a light golden brown, not burnt.

To clean it you just wet two paper towels and put them in the Foreman while its still hot. The steam from the wet paper towels cleans out even the most cooked on crap.

Im very odd in that I can eat the same damn thing for months on end and have little problem with it. But that about my limit.
