'Endless' natual HGH secretion.

(Long read because i suck at summarising) tldr at the bottom.

I was sent two links from a friend, one boasting an endless supply of natural gh secretion, the other an increase fourfold.

The first states that using an acetylcholineesterase inhibitor would indirectly inhibit somatostatin, thereby allowing gh to continually be released only limited by the brains ability to create the hormone.
Basically acetylcholineesterase deactivates acetylcholine which is what inhibits somatostatin. Somatostatin is what inhibits hgh. Therefore by inhibiting acetylcholineesterase we allow acetylcholine levels to rise and continue inhibiting somatostatin.

Here's the first link. Its a bit out-dated so I'm sceptical.

The second link is basically the same thing but instead of the inhibitor it argues that using choline supplements would raise acetylcholine acheiving the same result without removing a possibly important acetylcholinesterase.

Second link is also a long read.

TL;DR
Inhibiting the main gh suppressor may lead to gh constantly being released.
Use of a peptide also means a ghrh is always present.
Endless supply?

Leaving aside the credibility here, do you think an "endless" supply of GH secretion would be a good thing given the care you have to take in administering this in a "non-endless" fashion?

Seems more like a path to vicious endocrine malfunction than anything healthy or desirable to me.

All good points I currently use huperzine A @ 200mcg/ daily

I rotate my somatostatin inhibitors. Dopamine agonist (prami), arginine, ghrp, ach inhib, ghb (kidding ;) )

I also take cjc dac. Inhibiting somatostatin is only one piece of the puzzle. Not shit without ghrh

maybe. No studies lasting more than 90 days, and no follow ups with those subjects. I may be the first to collect that data. Results will Probably reflect your statement.

Yet long periods of elevation are neccesary to increase systemic igf. That's why synthetic GH is so effective. Increasing pulse amplitude won't do shit

True, but there have been lots of folks born with systems which either never stopped or slowed growth factor production or whose systems produced above normal amounts. They get very tall, very heavy, and very dead at young ages.

My only point is when you manually administer a substance to yourself you know how much you gave, how often you gave it, and are able to stop or shift the amounts and intervals at will.

90 day study on continual ghrh infusion, and continual GH release... Not GH deficiency or the one that makes people's face grow weird. I wanna know about long term effects to that feedback loop, somatroph desensitization etc. I thought that's what you were commenting on as well

I agree that a solid study with a decent base would be pretty damn interesting.

I started taking low dose Prami when I started deca years ago, and noticed I felt better and had more energy so now I take it even off cycle . But I take breaks from (and yes I get more depressed off Prami)

Endless supply?

Have you even begun to investigate the adverse effects of HIGH acetylcholine, the pneumonic is called SLUDGE and is noted in patients whom have ingested certain PESTICIDES.

Fella one thing you folks must LEARN, neurotransmitters such as ACE, Dopamine, Seratonin, GABA, Epi and Norepi DON'T operate in a vacuum and "adjusting the level of ONE" effects all the others to one degree or another! Why else do you think neurotropic drugs such as antidepressants and antipsychotics, just for starters, have so many undesirable side effects!

Whomever was suggesting people could safely alter GH output by manipulating acetylcholine secretion, in isolation, is a damn idiot and understands next to nothing about practical neurochemistry!

Oh how true, and to that end I'm often astounded by the risks some are willing to take just to "be big"!

Damn finally someone who THINKS before he open his mouth to swallow some "new" experimental pill or bares his ass awaiting the pinning of another untested product!

I posted this to start a discussion, hear more trustworthy opinions, and learn new things.
I'll admit i know absolutely nothing about the subject but couldn't you be less condesending just for the sake of it?

No I can NOT bc God forbid anyone take this thread seriously and actually try to ingest substances this nature!

Ever seen a patient who has infested a pesticide capable in inhibiting ACE, well I have and it's not a pretty sight watching someone drown in their own secretions!
