I really do not know where this idea that because the testing (which at this point is a very small amount of testing) did not discover any failures it’s totally useless.

There’s a million things that would be smart to do that chances are may never trigger a “positive”. I have life insurance, I expect it to expire unredeemed. Users test their coke for fentanyl, very likely never seeing a positive. I test my raws for potency despite it never being an issue.

Pharma companies test every single batch they produce despite it almost certainly being for naught, because if it comes back as positive - Oh boy.

There’s been a handful of enhanced tests, which I’m glad to see all came back in the clear. I’m sure we all would’ve felt stupid if the first 5 HLPC tests came back perfectly dosed and we just decided “well, glad we never have to test again!”

An absurd standard to hold anyone to.

To address the part in bold (in your quote above) I've asked Janoshik about the failure rates on endotoxins and "sterility" testing (reader can find link below). If there are enhanced testing failures it would be helpful to report them in aggregate (absolute numbers and relative percentage) as part of community surveillance. I'd appreciate that @janoshik. Perhaps a quarterly update using anonymized aggregate reporting?

Cause they are under a governmental agency and there are fines to be paid if they fail to adhere to the standards.

QSC ETed a bunch of oils, that came out clean, that had floaters and he was jokingly answered "these are sterile enhanced floaters, so all is good". The know-it-all-Meso-residental-ChatGPT/GoogleFU-expert advised to "just refilter" and that came to pass.

You don't have endotoxins, bacteria, it's correctly dosed, so it a green on the database, floaters and all.

I do not follow everything readalot does, but I've seen many, many times that he's made the point that enhanced testing should be done on top of everything that we'd consider to be a minimum - Such as floaters/correctly dosed/etc.

He should have advocated a simpler, easier thing, that most of us do: vote with your wallet. Source has floaters? Pubic hair? Seminal fluid? STOP BUYING until its corrected. But most don't care, because it's cheap enough to just toss the vial if it has floaters, sometimes even using a quality syringe filter is more expensive than the vial itself.

Most of the people readalot is lowkey accusing of being hush hush sources (without any hard evidence I may add), turned to homebrewing for that exact reason: control every step of the procedure and continue to have cheap gear and as Dirthand showed in his recent testing for sterility and shit, even him being a relative noob in the homebrewing game he achieved his goal: properly dosed, clean, cheap gear.
