Id rather use real ephedrine HCl than the herbal variety. But it is good to see a judge supporting the company's case. I have strong doubts that the FDA will reverse its earlier decision.

I'm glad this judge didn't let the big pharmaceutical companies get a hold on this one and gouge us with outrageous prices like they did GHB.

This should be interesting. Baseball has a chance to have a "good message" here and with Bechler as the poster boy for the ban, expect Bud to try and get in front of this, upholding baseball's ban. It's going to be easier to talk about ephedra than it is steroids.
