i also like green / berry powders cause if you're trying to get lots of food in, vegetables can fill you up pretty easily. Just a personal preference

Empagliflozin/Dapagliflozin, Telmisartan, Nebivolol, Acarbose/Metformin, Rosuvastatin/Atorvastatin, Ezetimibe, D3/K2, B complex, Magnesium, Ubiquinol, Taurine, and some others.

I’m not saying everyone should take everything I listed, but it’s good to use a lot of these when necessary.

What are your thoughts on Pantethine? 'Man Medicine' on youtube mentioned it, and it looks quite promising for increasing HDL. Which is a priority for me now that I'm trying to run higher doses of Primo along with TRT.

that covers everything im really concerned about as far as heart, kidneys, liver etc ,,,, a basic multivitamin also,,

With the data on GLP-1 receptor agonists decreasing the likelihood of Alzheimer's, they're either on the list or very close to it. This is especially true for folks who stay on supraphysiologic doses for long periods, which some analyses suggest causes many features common to Alzheimer's and other dementias.

Other than a multivitamin/mineral, everything else is prompted by my bloodwork.

I haven’t researched it thoroughly enough to have a strong opinion one way or another. I’ve also heard it might raise HDL a little but does it really matter? There isn’t really any strong data that boosting HDL is cardioprotective last I checked. That being said, there probably isn’t a downside unless someone is worried about mega dosing a specific B vitamin. The only thing I’ve taken where I saw a measurable improvement in HDL was cardarine.

If you try it, I’d be interested in your results.
