Why people think that cialis causes uncontrollable, spontaneous erections out of the blue? You need to have a stimulus to have an erection. When you go to the gym you go to train, correct? So no boners. If you go to watch ass, then you 'll have a problem.

I was just kidding. I saw that a lot of guys used it and just figured it must have been to help with blood flow and pump, but was curious if it was also for other benefits. Prostate health and BP is interesting. I appreciate the info.
Best play it safe though with all of the spandex in the gym. (again, jk)

Just don’t do deadlifts with one…. Results are generally….. not good…

@narta I train with my wife who is … well… way out of my league. So most days I have to strap it down… watching ass is hard not to do when she shakes it right in front of you….

She literally “accidentally” sat on my lap one time and did a little shimmy…..

Since then I shop for my workout shorts at target… man slings and all… I think the term is “tuckable”

call me old fashioned but creatine is an essential.
i agree with all the obvious ones, omega3, multi, magnesium, salt, iodine, nac and etc

i like to personally add boron in a glycine form, lysine, and make sure magnesium is glycine form. this all aids mk677 gh production, and tendon strength in the long run

tudca has been a game changer for me i do high fat diets and it helps with appetite/digestion a lot. im sure i would do fine with udca but i wont change what is working

vinegar, dirt cheap works wonders on so many levels, helps balance ph on high protein diets, helps with insulin sensitivity and nutrient shuttling, cleans liver, cleans kidneys, signals fat burning, increases motility, aids digestion. list goes on. when you tend to be overeating, vinegar helps in the long run

ive found that when i am stagnant and not gaining size or strength, that is a time that cutting out carbs entirely for 2 months restarts everything back to normal as well. sounds counterproductive but if done correctly wow
