Then those people got others on it, some of them shit worms.

It's no joke.

I'll be using for the rest of my life twice a year
did you have existing problems or what are the symptoms , like idk , ibs or diverticulitis? Im wondering because my brother just had a "parasite" in his intestines that gave him severe problems for several months until they finally gave him some antibiotics "kit" that he took for only three days,,, it seems to have worked, i don't think he shit a worm though,,,

On or off cycle, forever
TUDCA
NAC
Milk thistle
Vit D
Methylated B complex
Copper Zinc complex
Cialis 5mg a day
Tumeric
Ivermectin, 2 courses a year
Have you gotten your vitamin d level checked to show you are defecient without it ? I rarely go outside and after supplementing with vitamin d 5000 IU a day my levels were over the healthy range .

I've taken horse ivermectin twice for COVID. I seriously ball parked it. Lol and it worked great

What dosage would you be doing by chance for this. I'm interested and probably should do one
There's a schedule online, just search it. For a 240lb man its about 9mg a day for ten days but could be off. 150lb woman about 5mg a day. You'll get the shits pretty bad the first time.

I took it for covid the first time and shit a worm. Then a couple years later saw it on a suppliers list and some friends got it too. One lady had chronic gut issues and shit a worm that looked like a clear garden worm. It was fucking gross. She plucked it out of the toilet with chop sticks. Some parasite from south america apparently. Get him some ivermectin, its the real deal.

i take 15,000 ius every morning, i take Mt2 also so i thats one reason, the other is im over 50 so it good for bone density,,,,,,
15000iu is an insanely high amount. You really want your D3 level in the 30-50 range based on the evidence. Higher isn’t better. I would seriously re-think that dosage. My level was 40 without even supplementing it since I get a lot of sun where I live. Otherwise, I would stick with 2000iu. The social media trend of using super high doses is harmful.

Most graphs say optimal until 70-80ng/dl, above that it's becoming toxic. I know a person who's never taken a D3 supp and his levels are above 100ng as well some others taking a big dose and levels are struggling to pass 30ng.

I'm taking 6000-8000 IU (plus K2) and my D3 was 36, and i live in mediterranean where sun is plenty for 10 months a year.

If i'm not mistaken there was an experiment of some doctor or smt who reached 300,000 IU (per week i think) to start raising his levels. I might search later to find that.

I hope I didn’t sound condescending as I didn’t mean to be.

I don’t take MT2 at the moment. I had years ago. Tanning beds don’t raise D3 levels though.

Here is an AI app’s response to the Vitamin D level question, which is easier than pulling the studies from ConsumerLab.

“what are the risks of having a Vitamin D3 level above 40?”

“Elevated levels of Vitamin D3 can pose several health risks. Maintaining a balance is crucial, as excessive Vitamin D can lead to toxicity and various complications.

### Overview of Vitamin D3
Vitamin D is essential for maintaining overall health, particularly for bone health, as it aids in calcium absorption. It also plays a role in muscle function and immune system regulation. However, levels of Vitamin D3 above 40 ng/mL can indicate potential risks, especially when these levels are sustained over long periods.

### Vitamin D Toxicity and Its Causes
Vitamin D toxicity, also known as hypervitaminosis D, occurs when blood levels of Vitamin D exceed safe limits, typically considered above 50 to 60 ng/mL. It is most commonly caused by excessive intake of Vitamin D supplements rather than from food or sunlight . As Vitamin D is fat-soluble, it can accumulate in body tissues over time, leading to harmful effects .

### Symptoms of Excessive Vitamin D3 Levels
When Vitamin D3 levels rise significantly, it can cause hypercalcemia, which is characterized by excessive calcium in the blood. Symptoms associated with hypercalcemia include nausea, vomiting, muscle weakness, dehydration, excessive thirst, confusion, and kidney stones . In severe cases, it can lead to more serious conditions such as kidney failure and cardiovascular issues, including irregular heartbeat .

### Long-term Health Implications
Moreover, high levels of Vitamin D have been linked to numerous health concerns. Some studies suggest that levels exceeding safe limits could potentially increase the risk of certain cancers and cardiovascular disease . It has been found that elevated Vitamin D levels could contribute to adverse outcomes, particularly in individuals with underlying health conditions, like those suffering from hyperparathyroidism .

### Recommended Guidelines for Vitamin D Levels
Health organizations recommend that blood levels remain within the safe upper limit of about 50 ng/mL for most individuals. Some guidelines suggest that while some may suggest a target range of 40–60 ng/mL for optimal health, persistent levels above this range should be monitored closely . Daily intake should generally not exceed 4,000 IU for adults, although higher doses might be necessary for specific medical conditions when monitored by a healthcare provider .

In summary, while Vitamin D is vital for health, levels above 40 ng/mL should be approached with caution. Regular monitoring and consultation with healthcare professionals are essential, particularly for those taking supplements, to mitigate the risks associated with Vitamin D3 elevation.”

  • Levels of 50 nmol/L (20 ng/mL) or above are adequate for most people for bone and overall health.
  • Levels below 30 nmol/L (12 ng/mL) are too low and might weaken your bones and affect your health.
  • Levels above 125 nmol/L (50 ng/mL) are too high and might cause health problems.
