Seeing your thighs would help as well. Are they defined? Is that striations on your delts? You are under 20% absolutely, maybe 18%. 16% at a push.
 
Or you could go on Amazon and get BF% calipers shipped for under $10 bucks.....its not exact but its certainly beats this "guess my ????" thread u got going here
 
I would say between 12-15% here. There are two types of fat, subcutaneous and visceral. Subcutaneous is fat that is stored under your skin, the kind that you can pinch. Visceral is fat that is stored around your organs. Obviously subcutaneous fat is the focus when considering aesthetics but visceral fat is much worse for you to have in terms of general health. I would say that you have a higher percentage of subcutaneous fat compared to visceral fat, which is a good thing. I say this because you have the beginnings of a V taper with what appears to be a thin waist and you are reasonably able to vacuum your abs. People with high levels of visceral fat tend to have a blockier shape and bulging gut. My estimation of your percentage is based on my personal experience, which I have a lot of. I used to have mandatory quarterly body fat tests for my sport for 9 straight years. Mechanisms of testing I underwent included high end calipers, "bod pod", and DEXA scans. It would be easier to estimate with an unflexed picture in the morning after you wake up. A good rule of thumb is if you can see the outer lines of each row of abs when you are standing flexed you are under 10%. Another good marker is if you have "penis skin" on your abs
 
I would say closer to 16%, but you carry a lot of fat on your belly compared to the rest of your body so that is why you might 'look' 17-18 percent.
But the calculations take into account everywhere so yeah I'd say maybe like 16ish.
 
If I answered this a month ago I would have estimated around 18 percent? but after doing my first dexa scan a few weeks ago, getting shocked at my own bf %, then checking others' dexa scan results on YouTube, I'd now honestly estimate 25% if I had to bet my money on it.

There's a video on YT of a guy with similar muscle size as you but very lean, clear 6 pack with lower abs showing, and got a dexa of 15%.

Yeah I agree that I carry most of my fat on my stomach, also in my lower pec round my nipple area.
My thighs, although they don't look very lean I can only pinch about 5-8mm on them. I'm not ready to cut yet, I'm aiming for 15st/210lbs before I even consider cutting. I was 9st/126lbs before I started training and literally had zero knowledge about nutrition, I was also very body conscious so I was just absolutely anything to put weight on quickly, which is probably why most of the weight went straight on to my gut.
