No need for nacl, in Europe you can widely find water for injections which has no nacl and is pyrogen free

Only one I’ve seen in EU is Balance my Hormones from the UK, and they ship to EU from a pharmacy in Greece.

Why do they ship from Greece?

I would imagine because they're UK based and Brexit happening. So they partnered with a Greek pharmacy to still supply their EU based patients.

Bac water can’t legally be sold in the UK without a prescription. Pharma “Sterile water” (ie without BA or NACI) can though, & it’s everywhere online, from ebay to med supply shops.
