That's to be expected. My dermatologist has me on the oral version and the typical course is six months. I've worked up to 90mg a day and the cystic acne I've had all my life, which was exacerbated by my first cycle, has finally slowed to a crawl after my third month. However, my first two months, the acne was much worse than it ever had been. I was warned to expect it and just to ride it out.

My experience feels like a different expression of the same sides. My skin is way more sensitive to light now. I burn easily right now. Lips are horribly dry. I also tend to heal a lot slower from minor scrapes. Even hard scrubbing during showers will leave me with little abrasions that stick around for a while. It will all be worth it if I end up with fewer breakouts in the long run.

Are your talking about retin A or accutane?

It's isotretinoin in gel cap form. So just generic accutane.

So im on bactrim right now and that shit aint working my back got immune to the bezo foam i was using and its just bad. Ive been on accutane twice before and it worked wonders. Any other suggestions on what I could use for an oral?
Already been on tetracycline, docycycline, and solodine all of which didnt do shit really but clear up my face. I dont want to start accutanr until I absolutely have too. That shit fucks you up pretty good

RetinA ? - the combo between Isotretinoin/Accutane and Erithromycine in topical cream form ... If you want oral Accutane/Isotretinoin si the solution I think.

What I'm really liking is 50iu t3 am, and one 20/100 pm. Keeps me nice and even in the upper comfortable range. Your mileage may vary.

Lot of back and forth on conversion rate with these combo pills. Too much bro scientific speculation to get a reliable dosing schedule for it yet, at least in terms of off book weight loss.

I'll say, that three doses of the novothyral felt to be dosed slightly higher than 100iu t3. But with a much "steadier" feeling, you'll notice the longer release from the t4. Good luck sleeping much past that point.

I would say that dosing them per your schedule, assuming a conversion rate that equals out to about 40iu t3, is a pretty safe bet.

So do not assume that they are "weak" because you played with t4 in the past and it didn't do much. These things will get your heart going good.

Two per day would be a strong starting dose IMO. Go from there if you feel the need.

Pfuuuu... there are some huge legends on this. I say its all broscience to say so untill studies are finished. Check PubMed for info. They are saying something about Follistatin being researched. I dont know what to say, but following Google, when you search Myostatin inhibitors they first results popping are about the fact that its a myth right now and the supplement companies are marketing products with so called natural myostatine inhibitors and crap like this to get your money. FDA and EMA approved some studies on it right now. Lets wait and see what these studies will show - they passed phase 2 now from what I saw.
