The Man doesn't have control over US Customs or the USPS. Considering that its the busiest time of the year for both of those entities I'd attribute the issue to that and not list it as a personal fail of The Mans.

I just seen this message but unfortunately like you I got a job in real life therefore I'm not going to respond to your comment yet however give me some time and I will but in the meantime I will say that I was not talking bad about him at all I never said he had any control over customs also I did not order around Christmas time or any other holiday so it wasn't the busiest time of the year and I don't care what the problem is as a source all you have to do is reach out to the person and let them know what's going on so he don't hear from The Source in months then you start to wonder.
