I am the same way. Just my trt puts me border line high. IP-6 works wonders for me. Check out Dante Trudel write up on his IG about IP-6.
In the middle of my last blast my hemocrit was a 56 and I freaked out. I donated blood which probably knocked it down 2 points and started taking IP-6. By the end of my cycle I was at a 49. Which was amazing as my trt alone puts me at 49-51. I swear by the stuff now.
