Hey everyone,
I have been reading meso boards for the past year now and figured it's time to get involved and establish an account on this board. I am 25 y/o and have been training for about 6-8 years. Lifting and dieting on and off.
I am a personal trainer for a wellness center and have a 4 year degree in exercise physiology and am certified through ACSM for personal training.
I have a huge passion for fitness, proper nutrition and increasing healthy longevity through exercise.
I would lIke to learn more about AAS and all the realm of steroids in general and am considering a cycle soon here in the near future.
My current stats are
25y/o
5'9
190lbs
12% fat (7 site skinfold)
Bench: 325lb 1MR
Squat: 425lb 1MR
Deadlift: 445lb 1MR
I also have a minor in nutrition so do I understand proper macro and micronutrient intake.
Show me some love yall!
Ps (I know I'm a bit young for steroid use but I'm thinking a short test prop cycle would be a good experience and I think I have a pretty good base from years of lifting)
