Genotropin doesn't come premixed. There's a compartment for the bac water and one for the rHGH powder.
You reconstitute it yourself by twisting the pen.

Norditropin is the only HGH I'm aware of that comes premixed.

Thats how it lasts 4 weeks outside the fridge:

Yeah its kept in fridge, can last 1 month outside fridge in room temp 25C/77F (much longer in winter time) as long as its not mixed. So we send them as they are. Most clients choose private courier shipping method with genos so it lasts 2-3 days to arrive.

When I'm running a non pharm gh, I don't see much difference in my IGF-1 levels when I test. Side effects are the same as well.
