In what way? The govt still cant open a package without cause. Personally, I send everything (bday cards, stuff like that) priority. Its like $4 and I know it gets there in 2 days.

Not to beat a dead horse, at least not on this thread, but Express pretty much cuts out a controlled delivery. Especially domestic, in that rare instance where USPS opens your pack and sees what's in it. They wouldn't have enough time to set up a cd.

usually when you send express they're more concerned about getting it there than finding out what's in it. of course that doesn't mean they won't open a poorly secured package that had something break in it.
