Hey guys today I slept the whole day and yesterday i upped my t4 to 200mcg. imon 5iu grey tops ed.coukdthe t4be making me tired? thanks.i was taking 100mcg beforeand was tured but not like thid.

You need T-3, not T-4. T-4 on its own is worthless. T-3 is 90% of the metabolic rate of your body, its converted from T-4 but if excessive levels of T-4 become present without adequate levels of T-3 you will produce none of the properties you're looking for to balance out the negative impact of HGH on the thyroid function, and can actually contribute to more lethargy. Ditch the T-4 and come in with T-3 instead.

HGH can definitely cause crazy lethargy. I personally do not put it on the pedestal of being the best thing going. The best way in my opinion is to run it at 2 units per day and reap the anti-aging and fat loss benefits of it. Any higher than that and I was always walking around like a zombie. I didn't even have good workouts anymore and felt ill all the time. Just my .02 bro.

thx bro. ive always heard to do t4 rather than t3. how were ur results and how many mcg of t3 and iu of gh bro?

The gentlemen that I consider experts when it comes to gh. They tell me and post that T4 is the drug that should be taken. T4 converts to T3 after ingesting but that isn't a reason to skip the T4.
I'm no expert but from what l understand T4 is a gentler drug than T3. I'm not sure that is the best way to describe T4 when comparing it to T3.

Also, @theexperiment is a young man on his way to having MD in front of his name that recently came to my aid when I was in need of someone to help me and not embarrass me by going slow enough so I could keep up. Where's our resident MD, @Dr JIM ?

yea i was reading and was under the impression that of the three enzymes needed to convert t4 to t3, the third was vital to enhance gh effects.

Back when I was using HGH, I would only add in T-3 once I got over 4 iu/day, and it was around 80-100mcg/day. I'm not a fan of T-3 other than using it with HGH to blunt the down regulated thyroid function. T-4 is a shot in the dark, T-3 is 90% of the thyroid function in the body

wow thanks @Demondosage , i threw in 25mcg t3 and 100mcg t4 today and the lethargy is all gone! low dose t3 shouldnt be harmfula nd this is helping me out so much. talk about productivity levels! I also hypothesize that the tren im running is causing even more thyroid shutdown. this is great i feel so energized :D

Hello alpha, where you have buy your gh ? trusted source ? It's generic ?
About your day in generally, are you more tired vs before using your gh ? Do you sleep well, and what number hours per night ?

Take care

Ok, im happy to listen this !
Do you check your blood value of t3 & t4 ? Take care alot about this ok ? :)
About your gh, generic top do you plan some blood work to see your GH serum & igf-1 ?

Alpha, I would split your dose up to twice daily shots of 2.5iu rather than all at once, this will also help combat the lethargy. I would go 2.5 iu's around dinner time, and another 2.5 iu's right before bed. I always found that once it goes to 4 iu's/day I did better with splitting shots up, just a suggestion

Also, are you taking a couple days off during the week from your GH? You will notice that your energy levels will go up on the days you take off. It's also a good idea to take a 30 day break after your initial prime period of about 3-4 months. As long as you don't go beyond 30 days off there isn't that priming period like there is at first, and when you begin it again it will hit you stronger. This is coming from guys I know who have been using HGH consistently for 10+ years

@Dr JIM always says thyroid supplementation is not the answer to combat gh lethargy... to simplify his advice in street terms he says "stop being a bitch and your thyroid will correct the issue soon enough. Your body will balance on it's own in a matter of a couple weeks."

Lot of guys are doing what you do with success alpha... if gh makes you tired why would you pin some during the day? Imo pinning it all before bed makes sense in that regard, not to mention 5iu generic isnt going to hurt you for that long.

There is no way guys are taking these mega doses of HGH now without adding something to it to combat sides. It's the same with insulin, it becomes a necessity at certain levels because of the hyperglycemia brought on with HGH. No disrespect to Dr. Jim, but my bloodwork showed different on thyroid function after about 3-4 months on HGH. It didn't just correct itself
