Back when I was using HGH, I would only add in T-3 once I got over 4 iu/day, and it was around 80-100mcg/day. I'm not a fan of T-3 other than using it with HGH to blunt the down regulated thyroid function. T-4 is a shot in the dark, T-3 is 90% of the thyroid function in the bodythx bro. ive always heard to do t4 rather than t3. how were ur results and how many mcg of t3 and iu of gh bro?
Hello alpha, where you have buy your gh ? trusted source ? It's generic ?Hey guys today I slept the whole day and yesterday i upped my t4 to 200mcg. imon 5iu grey tops ed.coukdthe t4be making me tired? thanks.i was taking 100mcg beforeand was tured but not like thid.
Hello alpha, where you have buy your gh ? trusted source ? It's generic ?
About your day in generally, are you more tired vs before using your gh ? Do you sleep well, and what number hours per night ?
Take care
Ok, im happy to listen this !hey bro im using grey tops, im just tired throughout the day and sleep about 6.5 hours a night. i realize i need a solid 8 hours. i take 5iu ed at evening. took 25mcg t3 with 100mcg t4 today and im normal feeling and energized!
@Dr JIM always says thyroid supplementation is not the answer to combat gh lethargy... to simplify his advice in street terms he says "stop being a bitch and your thyroid will correct the issue soon enough. Your body will balance on it's own in a matter of a couple weeks."The gentlemen that I consider experts when it comes to gh. They tell me and post that T4 is the drug that should be taken. T4 converts to T3 after ingesting but that isn't a reason to skip the T4.
I'm no expert but from what l understand T4 is a gentler drug than T3. I'm not sure that is the best way to describe T4 when comparing it to T3.
There is a member here and on other boards I visit that goes by @micro. He has done countless tests on the different generics that find there way to our shores. He is at AB, OLM, PM and others and is accepted as the go to for testing.
Also, @theexperiment is a young man on his way to having MD in front of his name that recently came to my aid when I was in need of someone to help me and not embarrass me by going slow enough so I could keep up. Where's our resident MD, @Dr JIM ?
thx bro yea i may do that. i heard over 5ius to split. one shots just so much more consistent. ive been doing 7days a week and am leaning out nice at 199lbsAlpha, I would split your dose up to twice daily shots of 2.5iu rather than all at once, this will also help combat the lethargy. I would go 2.5 iu's around dinner time, and another 2.5 iu's right before bed. I always found that once it goes to 4 iu's/day I did better with splitting shots up, just a suggestion
Lot of guys are doing what you do with success alpha... if gh makes you tired why would you pin some during the day? Imo pinning it all before bed makes sense in that regard, not to mention 5iu generic isnt going to hurt you for that long.thx bro yea i may do that. i heard over 5ius to split. one shots just so much more consistent. ive been doing 7days a week and am leaning out nice at 199lbs
