had to drop npp at week 7 since HR reached 110 and BP 135/85 (felt hard palpitations while on rest)
once i dropped it HR 90-95 BP 125/80

was taking 10mg-20mg cialis sporadically. the days i took 20mg i had a increase in HR
clean diet cheat meal once a week
weight training 6 a week
40m-1h cardio 2 a week

what are your thoughts on this?
have you experience this?
thinking to either take a brake or incorporate nebivolol or carvedilol
telmisartan wont lower HR and really wont do much to my BP
is HR affecting kidneys?

Yeah gear can do this. For me its when I start pushing dosages higher with more gh. Gh seems to do this idk why exactly. Maybe consider using a nitric oxide supplement to help.

How’s your diet? My heart rate goes haywire when I load up on salty, carb laden foods. Cheat meals raise both bp and hr for a day or so but goes back whenever I clean it up.

You can try cleaning up your diet it might help, unless you’re already cutting.

You're always going to get Reflex tachycardia after a 20 mg dose of Cialis.
As your blood vessles dilate and blood pressure is lowered, the heart compensates by increasing HR to get a good amount of blood to the organs and muscles, especially if you take the 20mgs right before or up to 2 hours before an intense workout. It results in an uncomfortable workout in my experiences. I take only 5 mgs an hour pre-workout. Take the 20mgs after your workout OR 4-6 hours before. I suggest you adopt a 5mgs/day of cialis for erectile health, then 5 or 10 mgs will be all you need before the deed.
