Fat Burners or Money Burners

That's fantastic, thank you so much. How long do you recommend cycling for? I only train 5 days a week. Do you take one on non training days? The ones I've been looking at are EPH+25

30mg of Ephedrine as well as 120mg of Caffeine, 30mg Aspirin

I was only planning on having one a day is that enough?
 
Most will run a max of 90mg eph, split three times.

I only do two doses of 30.

For real though, a box of primatene and some off brand caffeine pills is going to run you $12, and be pharmaceutical standardized. Much better than the supplement racket. . .

Guarantee you can get the first three (active) ingredients way cheaper sty Walgreens though.

I like to halve the doses, and take twice as frequently.

Knew that sounded familiar. I do believe that's the reason we used to knock back pain killers with grapefruit juice :(
 
You can get 8mg ephedrine tabs online.

week 1-Start 8mg ephedrine,100mg caffiene and 81mg baby aspirin 3xday mon thru fri.weekends off.
week 2-16mg ephedrine,200mg caffiene and 81mg baby aspirin 3x day mon thru fri.weekends off.
weeks 3-4 24mg ephedrine,200 mg caffiene and 81mg baby aspirin 3xday mon thru fri.weekends off.
weeks 5-6 OFF.

Naringenin.Correct as it extends half life and increases biovailability.
 
It's pretty easy to cut fat. Without fat burners. Add running into your day for 30 min -1 hr. every 3 days. I started taking caffeine pills 100 mg. Took 300 mg once and regret it. 2 pills 200 mg. Is fine for 12 hrs for me. Had to take them working nights into morning. Lifting before to.
 
And I thought it was mainly white grapfruit. It increases bioavailability. for a lot of things. opiates being one of them. when my tolerance was up increase the juice lol.
 
Guys I want to give you all a massive thanks for taking the time to answer my questions. Its really appreciated. Everything that contains ephedrine has been banned over the counter in the uk. Only via a dr prescription. I think only in the past couple of years. A lot of people have ordered direct from canada in bulk so thats an option. I'll explore a little more. Thank you all again
 
One last question guys. My supplier has given me a couple of these EPH to try my tolerance levels. Now these capsules are 30mg of Ephedrine which is a lot I think. Can I simply brake the capsule and take half?
