My favorite meal is cheeseburgers and sushi. If I combine them, it counts as one meal... Thus, I can sneakily have two favorites.

If you dont mind me asking, why dont you eat rice anymore?Glad you enjoyed it brother, I throw it on top of pretty much whatever carb I am allowing myself that day, most of the time Quinoa or Couscous.
Thinking about throwing a diced jalapeño in the mix next time for a little heat.

Rice ~4g
Couscous ~6g
Quinoa ~8g
Oatmeal ~10g
Carbohydrates:
Rice ~45g
Couscous ~37g
Quinoa ~34g
Oatmeal ~27g
The couscous has to the white Israeli version for these nutrition facts, the Moroccan I think has the same amount as rice.
Basically I can eat more volume of the other 3 grains, and I get more protein and less carbs per cup. No other reason besides that.
Instead of using water to cook your rice, use bone broth. It will increase protein and flavor dramatically. It has other benefits but those are the major ones as far as macro profile.
I like couscous too... I can eat a ton of it.
