The nutrition label for rice is uncooked. You want about 3/8 of a cup of uncooked rice to get around 50g carbs

My favorite rice is the rice that other people eat so I don't need to.

Seriously though. If forced to eat "food" of this nature I like simple wild rice or Jasmine rice with a bit of saffron.

Sure, its gay as fuck to eat rice with saffron, rice is gay in any form. Why not fag it up all the way?

For a long time all I heard about was brown rice and how much better than white rice it is, and now I'm hearing white is actually better. How is anyone supposed to make sense of this crap.

rice is the shit, in a rice cooker you can do so much. i fucking love rice

let’s see you got

basmati rice
jasmine rice
paella rice
black japonica rice
red rice
risotto rice
the list goes on and on , short grain long grain
sushi rice
fucking fuck tons of rice man

you can cook that shit in some veggie or chicken broth

you can cook that shit with some coconut milk , and put mangoes on top and make mango stinky rice

you can can that shit with some salsa and spices and make ghetto spanish rice

make sure you rinse the rice before it goes into the rice cooker , or it’ll be starchy

a splash of vinager will also help with the sticky ness / starches

happy eating

Calrose Diamond G rice is my favorite. It’s a medium grain with zero nutritional value. Lol. However, great if you want to bulk and need the calories. It can be eaten with every meal. But then again my wife is of Asian decent so I’ve grown accustomed to it.

We get the 50 pound sack of jasmine rice at the asian market, product of thailand three ladies brand i think, or dragonfly. My wife is thai so she eats the shit out of some rice

There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That...that's about it.

I like the long grain basmati but really only like it cooked in a rice cooker. Really love it with some chicken curry but I gotta chase it with ice cream :D

I don’t know why but just straight brown rice is my shit with a little black pepper.. jasmine to change it up occasionally...while I’m admitting it, I hate sweet potatoes - there I said it!!!

Ch**sy rice at the mexican place down the road with shrimp, steak, chicken, crab meat, vegytables and soft tortillas for fiber;)
