feeling bloated after drinking whey protein

I always experience bloating after drink whey protein. casein protein on the other hand doesn't make me feel like that. so I either buy micellar casein powder or a blend of whey and casein.

anyone else have this problem with whey protein considering you aren't lactose intolerant ?
 
Not sure how much it would help if whey is the only thing that bloats you but you could try taking some digestive enzymes.

Are you using a high quality brand?

What type of whey? I’d try hydrolyzed and see if it helps.
 
Hydrolysed should fix the problem

If the shit says consentrate I can't even touch it

Then there's eggwhites
 
I actually saw an egg protein powder in Hannaford this week that had a halfway decent label and a reasonable price. There are def alternatives. Don’t feel like a balloon and shit your brains out just for whey.
 
I had the same problem, I switched to grass fed beef protein and it digests so much better for me. I get the chocolate peanut butter cup from truenutrition. I like It better then the whey one thankfully.. It wasn't until i switched over that i realized how much it was bothering me.

I tried beef protein one time . it wasn't bad but it's made from collagen which ain't a complete protein source.
 
Mixing with milk? I have a slight allergy to milk i developed over time. Inflames my gut. Switched to water only with my whey and no issues...

This is the main reason I dropped all whey products. I switched to egg protein and I feel hundred times better. No bloaty gut either.
