FEMALE Anavar Log

Yeah me too. But now I'm going to just use the Anavar and not be so greedy about the gains lol. My husband will be using some test e again, he seems to do pretty well with putting on size during cycles too


an extra pill of Var will not be able to compare to the 250mg Test a week ;) I was assuming you was taking less Test. I'm sure you have room to add a couple more pills if you feel you need too. :D
 
I definitely don't expect it to compare to the 250 mg of test. That was way too much for me to be taking. I prolly will just stick to 20 mg a day (at least at first) and see how that works. I'm not sure for how long though. Maybe 8 wks??
 
For anyone that has been following this thread (which is super out-dated now) I unfortunately went MIA for WAYYY too long due to an overseas job I had for the last year...

I'm back now and super out of shape! Lol (but actually I'm not laughing...I look like shit Lolo_O)

I had no idea that over a year later this thread and my log would still be referred to for females and have over 35k view! It's pretty humbling and also a huge motivation to get back into it! Looks like there's more of a female presence on here as well!

So I'm sorry I went MIA and never finished this, but over the next few weeks I hope to start a new blog that will be better than the previous (and this time, I'm not going anywhere;))
** I'll try to respond as best I can to any of the more recent comment/questions on here

Hey CFAddict! Assuming you are a woman Lol...some BASIC advice I have is make sure your Oxandrolone is from a "reputable source" (I use the term lightly since getting a prescription from Oxandrolone is really the only reputable way and this is nearly impossible to get your Dr. to agree on. I don't count UGL's as being purely reliable) ,after you acquire that it's imperative that you test the product yourself still using a LabMax kit.

Since it's your first cycle I would start with 5 mg per day for 6-8 wks and taper the last 3-5 days with 2.5 mg. I say such a low dose (10mg being "normal" for women) because everyone's body reacts differently to something as complicated as AAS. Not everyone will agree with me on that but that's just my $0.02...better safe than sorry.

Negative serious (and possibly permanent) SIDE EFFECTS can include: Voice change, unwanted hair growth, and the dreaded Virilization.

If your program is focused and good Your #'s will SKY ROCKET! Seriously...it's awesome Lol by around week 2-3 you'll start to see it and then 4-6 you will hit PR's almost every time you step into the Gym. With that being said, doing mobility work at MINIMUM 3x a week (assuming that's your minimum work out days) is CRUCIAL. Your body and muscles will be growing so rapidly you are at HIGH risk for injury when doing exercises as sophisticated and difficult as Olympic Lifts. You really should do 20 mins of mobility every day and 45-60 mins on workout days.

I just started my first cycle and I guess I’m just looking forward to seeing how it helps me improve. I’m looking for any recommendations on how to make my experience better and how to make the most of it
