**PROGRESS PICS **

Alright, here are some progress pics of my finished Week 7...feel pretty good about how I'm looking, considering that's not my major goal (strength is) and my diet hasn't been 100%...eating fairly "clean" but sometimes with work I don't eat as many meals as I'd like:(And haven't been doing NEARLY as much cardio as I'd like. Thinking of starting a fasted cardio 4x a wk for 2 wks to see how that improves my aesthetics results.

I put one pic super filtered because I feel like NONE of these pictures do justice...the filtered pic is a more accurate representation in person.....hence why I've been putting them off a bit. No matter what I do my freakin abs are camera shy! Lol, they're getting there slowly but surely! My arms are out of control with their size and vascularityo_O they need to calm themselves Lol

Damn! looking good. Your abs are looking chiseled and you have some nice separation in you quads. Very nice! Forearms looks solid and veiny. You're kicking some ass and doing a nice job on the log. Thanks for the effort.
 
@smashfit do you ladies need to do any type of post cycle?

I would venture to say that there has been very little research out there so what I'm about to say is my own personal opinion with the medical background and knowledge that I have (which is very minimal compared to others...especially those who specialize in endocrinology).

For an anavar only cycle...and at the dosage I am taking...I would say no. Now, this depends on a few things.
Every female is different in the sides she experiences. So, whether she's taking 5mg or 20mg and whether it's her first cycle or 12th cycle it doesn't matter...once a female see sides of virilization and/or long term loss of menstral cycle...I would recommend a "PCT". Personally, when I run a cycle...the second "month" I'm on cycle, I lose my menstruation, within 2 cycles it's back to normal. For any female who experiences a loss of menstruation longer than 3+ months...I would recommend a PCT because obviously her estrogen, progesterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, and follicle stimulating hormone AND testosterone....are all outta whack...and that is not good for us (even though it certainly is a nice break Lol)
Same goes for signs of virilization...but I would guess that with that would come a longer term loss of menstruation.

So, for a Female PCT...I'd recommend a few things. We do not need to be as aggressive as you men do (unless the sides are aggressive), even then...it needs to be tackled differently.
There are some "natural" estrogen therapies that you could buy at a drug store would be my first suggestion (for a mild case or for any woman wanting to PCT after a cylce...with or without masculine sides).
My second suggestion would be actual hormone replacement "therapy"...something simple like Birth Control if she's not already on it.
Third, if she wanted to be aggressive with it, I'd straight up go to a Dr. tell them your sides...be upfront if you want with AAS use (or don't) and the Dr will give you legitimate hormones (most likely Estrogen).

Hmm...now you got me thinking Furious....might have to do a little more recon & research (got an endocrinologist who's really nice at my hospital) and ask him what he thinks....and post a thread about this. I think it's something that could benefit a lot of women!

Look at those ropes in that forearm and you even have that peak on your bicep! Keep it up girl.

Thanks Strong! :D you'd think I spend all day in the gym doing bicep exercises but I hardly do accessory muscle workouts and when I do, it's NEVER biceps Lol. They have a mind of their own! I've actually always had the peak (or "ball" as I like to say...because most girls biceps are long and "flat") so it's my genetic gift I guess you could say! :P

Kind of wish I measured them pre-cycle because almost all of my shirts are tight around the arm area now:confused:

I've got a job overseas for the next 2 months and while I will have access to internet...it's not the best.
