Yeah... I was thinking that I might have gotten some of that....still don't know for sure since Labmax hates me apparently Lol.
I think all UGL "Anavar" is cut with Winstol and/or Dbol though.

I will say that taking 3 days off seriously helped...I feel great today and have had 2 awesome workout sessions the last two days! I'm hitting a lot of PR's almost every workout....so it could be the dramatic increase in my lifts. Started taking a lot of glucosamine chondrition as well

Have the labmax tests you ordered arived yet pal.
 
@smashfit i feel your pain pal takes ages I waited weeks for mine I live in Scotland tho thought it would have been faster across the pond must just take ages no matter where your from.

How is your water intake? Also, Even Primrose Oil is great when the joints start hurting.
 
My water intake needs to be better. Especially working out in the heat like I do.
Really? I've heard of this...but not specifically for joints. Are you referring to it in a capsule form or essential oil form and run on the muscles? Will definitely be trying it![emoji16]
 
Had a good workout yesterday! FINALLYYYY made it to Crossfit...since picking up this second job my hours and training have made it unable for me to get over there more than 1-2x a week for the last 3ish weeks, so I've had to hit up my local gym here (which kinda sucks) and workout when I can on shift.

Needless to say, my cardio went down the drain Lol...I just cant seem to make myself do cardio at the gym, but if I go to CF and we have a Metcon programmed or something...then I'll do it.

Deadlifted heavy yesterday for the first time in forever. Took a break from it for a few months since I feel like it takes the most toll on my body & back.

Deadlifts felt good...probably shouldn't have gone that heavy since I haven't in awhile...whoops Lol. Last 2 sets of 2 were hard and slower than I'd like, not being able to touch n' go obviously made it more difficult. Went off my 1RM that I haven't hit since late Jan (again...whoops) which was 300#. No way I could pull that now, but I think I'm going to start training Deads again because I miss it!
The Metcon felt good for not having done cardio in awhile. I might have died a little afterwards though...the push press was the hardest thing for me...keeping my form when fatigued in overhead movements is definitely something I need to work on!

After that awesome workout...this is what I made myself do...took me back to the Glory Days in College...need to get like 5 more bags next time though! Only used 3 this time.

@vickster23 actuallyyyyy in order for one to even physically be able to get the kipping movement down...you have to be able to do strict dead-hang pull ups (about 10 for females and 20 for males) But I could get into a debate all of that for days probably Lol

Only reason they are used in CF for competition is because 1) it's a gymnastic movement that takes skill to learn proficiently and 2) MOST importantly...since our events are timed...the are the fastest way to do a pull up.

Gymnasts have been doing "kipping" pull-ups since their inception....and have you seen those girls??? Jacked doesn't even begin to describe!

Ah, see...there I go again...on a mini rant and I didn't even mean to! ;)

Alright, here are some progress pics of my finished Week 7...feel pretty good about how I'm looking, considering that's not my major goal (strength is) and my diet hasn't been 100%...eating fairly "clean" but sometimes with work I don't eat as many meals as I'd like:(And haven't been doing NEARLY as much cardio as I'd like. Thinking of starting a fasted cardio 4x a wk for 2 wks to see how that improves my aesthetics results.

I put one pic super filtered because I feel like NONE of these pictures do justice...the filtered pic is a more accurate representation in person.....hence why I've been putting them off a bit. No matter what I do my freakin abs are camera shy! Lol, they're getting there slowly but surely! My arms are out of control with their size and vascularityo_O they need to calm themselves Lol

VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!!! Wow smash you are really looking great, i can see those abs starting to show themselves, and your arms...... Damn!!!!

You should feel good about the way you look. You look damn good!! Your arms and legs are impressive. Your abs are right there also, no worries.
