Female DNP Log (3 Weeks)

It's pretty simple really. Ch**se is the root of all evil in this world. I'd rather do shots of bleach than eat ch**se. I'd rather castrate myself with a rusty can opener than eat ch**se :)

And yes, halo is a wonderful compound.

Day Three of 21.

Stats:
Weight: 68.5kg (-0.9kg) or 151lbs (-1.98lbs)
Yesterday Caloric Intake: 1,351 (103P, 118C, 46F) -
DNP Intake: 200mg

Workout:
Biceps, Back 40 Minutes at Lunch
1 Hour Walk/Light Jog in the evening (knee has been feeling sore, taking it easy!)

General:
Down another 400g or 0.8 of a pound. TBH, all I care about is my tape measurements as I know my body likes to fluctuate like crazy, but I’ll still keep tracking it. I’ve included lbs now for ease of reference :)

Cutting Var as of... yesterday! The more I think about it, it’s expensive and hard to get hold of in Aus so I’ll save it for the start of next year when I look to build more muscle.

Just randomly: I’ll be shaving my carbs down but focus on fibre. Of the 118 carbs I consumed today, 41 was fibre. Want to test if I’ll lose more weight cutting carbs.

Night Before: I had vivid dreams again, not nice ones either so that sucks. Got a foot cramp right before bed but 2g of Taurine in water sorted that. No heat overnight and slept good.

Morning: Woke with a sore throat, a little congestion but that cleared up within an hour of getting out of bed.

During the day: Slight increase in heat today, didn’t feel it till about midday. Oddly enough, I have felt more energetic than yesterday… I didn’t expect that. I notice that my stomach is rumbling when I haven’t eaten for a few hours, no hunger ‘feeling’ but just the stomach growling. Its really loud… my assistant looked at me very strangely when that happened. Haha :rolleyes:
Workout was fine. Nothing to report, no loss of strength.

Night: Slowly getting warmer, at 5pm hit a brick wall and just wanted to sleep. Thank god it was the end of the work day. :)

P.S. OMG, the bathroom breaks…. ridiculous. Haha!

Workout:
Glutes and hamstrings 40 minutes at Lunch
Cardio 30 Minutes in the evening

General:
Carbs down today and it’s Friiiiidddayyyy!
Only down 130 grams or .3 of a pound. Just a little more warmth and felt a little more tired than usual waking up this morning. I was planning an early morning run in addition to an evening cardio session but it was three degrees or 37 fahrenheit, so yeah… with hardly any DNP heat yet, that was NOT happening. Haha

Side note: Hurry up DNP heat, if I stay stable by day seven, I might increase to 250mg, I really wouldn’t mind being warmer in these temps.

Night Before: Nothing to report here. Noticed last night when sitting down that I didn’t have as much fat accumulation around my knees, hips are making good progress too.

Morning: Let me tell you, that sore throat from yesterday was not DNP related. Got a full on cold this morning which sucks big time, but hoping a good leg day will fix that. Haha

During the day: I alllwaayysss feel better when I eat low carb. But try tell my craving for wheat that. SO I balanced it out by eating All-Bran after my lunch workout… yes, breakfast for lunch. Much, much more energy today than yesterday... weird. Weird, because not only should I be nearing my accumulation of DNP but because I have a cold to top it off! Maybe its Friday vibes :p

Night: Early bed tonight, had an omelette for dinner, that is how bad this is. Boo, cold!

Three more days till I do new measurements!

Weight: 67.8kg (-1.6kg) or 149lbs (-3.5lbs)
Yesterday Caloric Intake: 1,140 (104P, 43C, 57F) - Never hungry when I'm sick.
DNP Intake: 200mg

Workout:
Cardio 1hr 15 mins

General:
Keeping it simple today. My cold has had me veging on the couch all day, decided to go for a power walk, just from that my skin went pink (I'm albino, this happens with intense exercise) and was completely out of breath.

When I came home and had a shower after my walk, absolutely blew my mind that I had a new indent in my hip I'd normally had a stubborn layer of fat over. WTH. o_O:cool:

Got the sweet ketone breath happening after exercise also. Low carbs again today. Down a whole 600 grams or 1.3 pounds today but mostly due to lower carbs I suspect. :)

Sick as a dog with this cold, so had a pizza night in. Back up to my starting weight when I weighed myself before bed and I am suspecting with these higher carbs I’ll be up in weight tomorrow morning. Not worried because visually, everything is changing which is fantastic.

Little more heat today, but thats it.

Recap

I don’t think I’ve ever had the flu this bad before. Been bed ridden the last few days so my partner was in charge of what I got… Ice cream, the lot. But I didn’t care. Haha

Back on track today (Wed 10 Aug). Two cardio sessions planned, one in the pool and one on the treadmill. Diet back in check!
 
In on this one since I seem to be collecting DNP threads.
 
DNP tends to weaken the immune system so developing flu like symptoms at the beginning (or very end) isn't uncommon. Something to be aware of.

Still kicking on, at day 15.

Currently running DNP at 300mg because I've been doing well on sides but I won't be increasing at any point further during this run (OR EVER). Calories have been high-ish for me, around 1400 to 1500. Unfortunately I have not been able to track measurements or weight because I've had to travel interstate for work at the last minute five days ago.. still here for the foreseeable future so I can't really provide an accurate log. :mad::(

I will be sure however to post my results after I'm off DNP.. aiming for around seven days after my last dose to do final measurements and weight. :)
 
if you have a moment, I'd be interested to see how your 3 DNP experience went. my friend has similar stats and we are kicking around options to help her shed the final stubborn bf%. I am well aware about how polarizing DNP is, but like I said, we are just considering options at this point...one of which is DNP.

Stop considering it. try albuteral best for female weight lose minimal sides and less likely hood of crocking over
