Yesterday Caloric Intake: 1,351 (103P, 118C, 46F) -
DNP Intake: 200mg
Workout:
Biceps, Back 40 Minutes at Lunch
1 Hour Walk/Light Jog in the evening (knee has been feeling sore, taking it easy!)
General:
Down another 400g or 0.8 of a pound. TBH, all I care about is my tape measurements as I know my body likes to fluctuate like crazy, but I’ll still keep tracking it. I’ve included lbs now for ease of reference
Cutting Var as of... yesterday! The more I think about it, it’s expensive and hard to get hold of in Aus so I’ll save it for the start of next year when I look to build more muscle.
Just randomly: I’ll be shaving my carbs down but focus on fibre. Of the 118 carbs I consumed today, 41 was fibre. Want to test if I’ll lose more weight cutting carbs.
Night Before: I had vivid dreams again, not nice ones either so that sucks. Got a foot cramp right before bed but 2g of Taurine in water sorted that. No heat overnight and slept good.
Morning: Woke with a sore throat, a little congestion but that cleared up within an hour of getting out of bed.
During the day: Slight increase in heat today, didn’t feel it till about midday. Oddly enough, I have felt more energetic than yesterday… I didn’t expect that. I notice that my stomach is rumbling when I haven’t eaten for a few hours, no hunger ‘feeling’ but just the stomach growling. Its
really loud… my assistant looked at me very strangely when that happened. Haha
Workout was fine. Nothing to report, no loss of strength.
Night: Slowly getting warmer, at 5pm hit a brick wall and just wanted to sleep. Thank god it was the end of the work day.
P.S. OMG, the bathroom breaks…. ridiculous. Haha!
