Female test p/primo/var log

@HolRog28 I just found your thread.. good job girl!

I think you are building a good base for yourself towards the show. You have put on some drastic weight but that's to be expected on test... to clarify for those wondering, test for females can be run differently than you guys. We can do 50mg of prop a week in injections that are subq and overy 3-5 days. It's perfectly fine. Doing it daily or eod will spike her levels where she could have come permanent sides. But if you liked it girl then awesome! I also know that you could do sust at 15mg a week and feel great. That's a good choice of test as it has different esters releasing at different times. I usually recommend the sust to ladies that also are close or going through menopause. It will help with feeling better, younger, maintain muscle mass, etc.

As for the next steps, based on where you are at, I think you will need a bit more than var, especially right now... var should be your finishing before the comp. If you add mast and/or tren... it's actually very beneficial for girls in physique. Remember, small doses... I don't recommend more than 50-100mg/week of tren a and keeping mast p at around the same. You can start both at about 25-30mg/wk and do it e3d then increase from there. You should get way better results from that stack than the test. The hardness, vascularity, dryness, strength, fullness and definition.... I'm not trying to be rude but yes I like the size you added from test but looks like you are holding a lot of water, once you lose it, you will shrink significantly and possibly look flat... I'm sure you don't want that. :)

PS. did I already mention in the other threads how much I love seeing so many ladies lately... :)
 
I had much more toleration of sides pinning test at small doses eod. I have absolutely no interest in using anything other than var or primo from here on out. I have watched my ex training partner completely spiral out of control since using Tren and mast/EQ. I have no desire to put myself or my husband through that. I am still young and nowhere near menopause. If those compounds are what it takes to get stage ready, then, I'd rather not compete. I am completely content with not making it this year if that's what it calls for. I am all in the mindset of running a marathon and not sprinting to meet my goals.
I am currently using sarms and I have had good results from those without the andronicity. Granted it isn't as good as gear but nothing is worth losing feminity over. I am content in my progress so far. I did put on a lot of weight but I expected that as the last year has been a learning process of figuring out my body and its response to the process.

No problem. I just wanted to clarify for the men mostly as 'test' is the one that they always wonder about most. We can do it daily, e3d, e5d or weekly...I am surprised you went that route as that's probably top of the spectrum for women and last resort. But if it worked well then perfect. And you got good gains from it.

I personally used mast and loved it. It was basically like var but intensified with incredible strength and hardness. I am only figure so a class below you and I am still very girly... tren is actually on my next plan. I've had girls run it with great success from bikini to full out bodybuilding ladies.

It's crazy your training partner had the sides. What doses was she taking? Do you know. It's always good to know others' experiences. And just like in men, if you are predisposed to such behaviours then everything gets intensified by any thing you take whether steroids, meds, alcohol, etc...

Hope you keep this log going and give your updates regularly. We will hope to hear that you made it to your goal then on stage and did well.... so don't lose hope :)

I started a var cutting log but didn't post any photos because I'm worried about being recognized, but I'm similar in size to your photo on the right. Very muscular, 5'7 and thick. I've just been eating and lifting for 5 years now, with a drastic cut in the middle that obliterated a lot of muscle mass. Bulked again naturally with a lot of success putting on lean mass.

You seem a lot more experienced than I so I'm watching your progress closely! I would be very interested if you checked in every now and then during your cut. :)

I'd be happy to!! I've lost almost 10lbs already in 4 weeks. I'm sure some was water but I'm responding well to what I'm using now as a bridge.

My wife is on estrogen therapy for menopause. She is only 42 and has been going though it for 2+ years. Her Dr. is soon taking her off the Estrogen. I've been wondering about low dose test for her. What are your thoughts and could the 15mg of Sust per week be done SubQ?

Not to hijack this thread but yes... she can. There are actually studies done already that menopausal women shouldn't be pumped with so much estrogen. Test plays a very important role there. supplementing with a low dose of test will eliminate the hot flashes, give her overall feeling of well-being and energy, also preserve her lean muscle which will be super beneficial once she's older...and the list goes on

I maintained for 2-3 weeks until my supps came in then started my 8 week bridge. Currently on primo 100mg week and var 10mg day with 50mg S4/Ed cycle support and all that jazz.

image.jpeg Here's where the real challenge has been... Middle and bottom right are about 4 weeks ago. That's been the biggest hurdle thus far. My abs were actually separated from a pregnancy with a combined babies weights of 13+ lbs.
 
Thank you. I'm really stressing the rest of this weight isn't going to come off in time. I have albuterol coming in soon to try and kick things up. I'm not a fan of harsh compounds or jitters so I thought it would be the better of the options.

I'm taking Albuterol right now and it's really not bad.
You get a bit of hot flashes when it kicks in and may get a little shaky but it's rather pleasant. You don't feel cracked out. Lots of energy.

Thank you!!! If it's similar to inhaled albuterol I'll be ok. I wasn't a fan of the half life of clen. I need to be able to sleep!!! Thanks for the input!!

As long as you take your last dose in the early evening/late afternoon you should be kosher.
It only has a half life of 3-6 hrs.
Clen sounds awful tbh
 
Agreed!! I'm scared to take clen. I'm already high strung.

Honestly, after you've run Albuterol you'll probably never have an interest in bothering to try clen. I've never tried clen myself for that reason.

The properties of albuterol are so much better than clen, from any research I've done, that I really don't know why I see so many people talking about taking it... Maybe I'm missing something.
