the only over the counter insulin is Humalin R. the rest you need a script. it isn't over the counter, but you can get it by asking for it.

Drizzy, is 10iu a low dose? Seems high for a starting dose ONLY from what I've read, never ran insulin. So I'm learning
 
no, from my research 1iu = 10 carbs absorbed. you would need 7iu slin. your body should easily absorb that with just its normal insulin spike. that is why I'm asking. why just 10 iu? I could not find a good answer for protein absorption. when ever I can afford pharma HGH I'll try slin and HGH, but I'm going to run it differently.

you are big. how many grams of protein per pound do you consume?
 
I been preaching 2g protein per pound of body weight to gain muscle mass. not many want to believe that or they are to cheap to eat meat lol they are trying to convince me that .75g to 1g will get a person big, but I call bull shit lol thought I would ask you, cause you are huge. you back up what I have been saying :)
 
Well, if your a beginner 1 gram per pound will do for about 6 months. Then you will need to add in protein from there, your food is far more Important then drugs. I didn't touch any aas till my 3rd year of lifting and working out serious and dieting. I try and shoot for 2 grams per pound. People don't like to eat dry ass chicken you either have the fire in your belly or not.
