After so much consideration and from the badgering of many members here I will keep a log of my very first cycle here.

OK a bit about me:

52 years old
5'8"
192lbs (as of today) and 182 as of start of cycle (Jan 5th, 2017)

Diet:

Generally 3 large meals per day along with oatmeal and/or protein shakes. I have been trying to keep protein intake up while keeping carbs at a reasonable level. Chicken, pork, fish and turkey for my main protein sources as I don't eat much red meat. Peanut butter and eggs I also utilize.

Cycle info:

Hipocampus.me Testoa E250 (2 shots Tuesday and Friday) and Proviron (25mg ED). So far no issues at this point in time relating to prolactin/estro.

Here's my leg workout from 1/21/2017:


Warmup on stationary bike for 10 min at light level followed by stretches/light calisthenics.

Hanging leg raises: 2x10
Leg Extensions: 85-125-165-205 for 8
Leg curls: 65-85-115-150 for 8.
Goodmornings: bar-65-95-135-155 for 8
Seated Calf Raises: 50-90-140 for 8
Deadlift: 135-215-275-315(PR) for 6. Got 2 at 315.
Leg Press: 230-320-410-500-590 for 8.
45 degree back extensions: bw, +25, +45 for 10 each.
Seated Back extensions: 65-95-125-185-245 for 8 each.

Done.

Not a bad workout for still getting over a lingering chest cold.
 
Next Pin of Test E 250 (1cc) will be tomorrow. Finally getting the hang of pinning without much pip or "code reds" aka bleeding.

Thanks, as I didn't go to the gym today due to travel (stayed in a casino hotel this weekend). The hotel did have a rudimentary gym so did basic light dumbbell work and took a swim in the hotel pool.

Will be going to the gym tomorrow (if things go smooth when I return to work).

Awesome. When I keep my logs it makes me stay true to my training.
 
I do plan to run at least 12 weeks, but have enough gear to make it to 15, so will evaluate things just before the 10 week mark. Mid cycle bloods will be done at 6 week mark 48 hrs after pin. End cycle bloods will be done 48 hrs after the last pin.

PCT I have Nolva/Clomid/Arimidex. Any advice on dosing these or which ones to use I am all ears!
 
Lol just messing with you bro. And if I was you I would get some 25g pins. They are a lot less painful especially in virgin muscle.
Yes those 23s are torture lol, but better than those 18's..got them from a member on another forum. I may go with 1" and I can use those for glutes (and delts)and will then use the 23s I have left for drawing, and about to order some from GPZ.

You didnt try pinning with an 18 did you?!?! :eek:
