Fine..I will do a mindless log...

LMAO you smartass...I didn't think it would be wise for me to add tren to my first run, but I am considering it for next run. Not sure how I will react to tren but I could try it at a low enough dose to give me good gains yet none of the mental sides. There's been some logs done by a few guys my age who have added tren and they had good results.

Being that Tren is a modified Nandrolon, start with NPP, see how you feel on that before you consider Tren..They are both 19-NOR. Tren is the crazy young brother to the wiser Deca/NPP.

Thanks for enlightening me...I may go with npp instead for my next run, and I hope to get great gains from that. Tren may be too harsh for me at my age so you are well very right.

Thanks, and I was told that 525 at 52.5 years old is darn good for a natty male.

I am wrapping up my cycle this week as been on 10 weeks (which is 2 full vials), and will wait 4 weeks before I start PCT itself. I know I am going to be feeling like death soon while my test levels plummet after the last pin this Friday.

I have another vial I will save for my next run.

True, them first 4 weeks cleansing is gonna be mental hell. But see it through man. And do NOT skipp out on gym days. In fact push as hard as you can off cycle with you motivation being the next cycle.

Yes I definitely will. What would be good to take to keep the moods up? I hate feeling like death lol.

My next cycle is planned for August, to allow some time to fully recover after PCT before starting next run. 2-3 months I am thinking is a good time frame for that. According to the calendar my last pin will be this Friday with PCT starting April 14th.

Anytime bro, I'm by no means an expert or a seasoned vet, but all research and plenty of anecdotal evidence will tell you to go the NPP route before touching Tren.

Granted, there are (some) that have a positive experience with Tren the first go, but the potential for the type of sides associated with Tren, i would rather graduate slow and steady. Remember, we older folk have a lot more to lose...the immune system ain't what it used to be, recover takes longer and not ever fully accomplished either.

This AAS is a so-called way of life, not to be mistaken for a way to die. LOL

Thanks for the info and I'd rather meet my Maker looking good ;)

NPP may be the way to go instead of Tren then and I will be doing research before I even start using it. I got time as according to my schedule I can start my next run around August 15th.

I think that is a very good question, and i dont think anyone really talks enough about PCT beyond recovery of the hypothalamus.

I cant recommend anything specifically as i dont have enough experience under my belt. I will not pretend to know and do more harm than good. @Roger rabbit comes to mind as many will vouch for the suggestions he makes. The one thing that comes to mind, as a man, is that if my erections are there, then i can make it through and avoid depression. With that said, i would sup with Cialis. I say this in retrospect as i have only done 1 previous cycle and pct.

I have proviron and cialis, and people tell me to stop the proviron day before I start the PCT. Hopefully won't have e2 issues during that time.

Firstly, I see no difference between proviron and injecting Masteron. I think they are virtually interchangeable to the letter.

From the advise you recite, if I'm not mistaken, sounds like someone is telling you to take the proviron all they way through the cleansing period upto just the day before PCT? Did i understand that correctly?

If so, did they justify the reasoning behind that approach? I would think that anything you run after cycle, during those dark 4 weeks, should be relative to what you were running while ON cycle. In any case, you should really ask some seasoned vet what they think before actually doing this. If you have a good relationship with your doctor, maybe you can run that by him/her?

Good info, thanks and will certainly get answers.

You won't necessarily feel like death. You had a pretty short run, you will recover quickly, just follow the pct protocol, then get post bloods, make sure your numbers are back to normal, if not continue on with pct then another round of bloods.

IMO most of the feeling like shit comes from a mindset of knowing you aren't injecting anymore test, this can lead to feeling down and not motivated, the key is to keep hitting the gym hard, Don't focus on any loss in strength, just on what positives you see in the mirror.

Thanks for the feedback.

Do you think 10 weeks is good or should I run for 12? Seems there's a lot of debate about the length of cycles especially for older lifters.

I certainly will keep hitting the training hard as well as keeping diet on point. My goal is my next cycle which should be even better this time around as going to look at lessons learned from this one.

Up to you on your cycle length. If you are in good health then run it what you want. Each cycle you learn something more about your body, that is the key to progress.

Wish you luck my man[emoji106]and stay safe.

OK I will see how this goes and if I do decide to go longer it may be just for 2 weeks more.

If you are talking about the current cycle you are on, I'd stick to your original plan. One thing that can happen to many is they make a plan and keep extending. This can be dangerous IMO. I'd stick to the plan you originally had, if that is 10 weeks... keep it 10weeks.

Right and I do know I can't make it too long.
