OK today was my first day back in the gym after my latest health scare. As I had not that much time and was still feeling a tad groggy from the strong antibiotic and antiviral I kept my workout simple and kept weights conservative.

3/1/2017:

Workout for today:

Stretches/Foam rolling: 15 min
Side/Front Laterals: 10-15-20 for 8 reps 2 sets each. Smooth!
Bent over rear delt flyes: 10-15-25 for 8 reps.
Triceps pushdowns: 30-50-70-90 for 8 reps 2 sets each.
Facepulls: 30-50-70 for 8.
Cable upright rows: 20-30-40-50 for 8
Seated bicep curls: 15-25-35 for 8. Not bad!
Barbell Bench: 135-185-225 for 8.
Incline bench 135-185-225 for 8.
Cable Rows: 75-105-165-205 for 8.
Lat pulldowns: 75-105-135-195 for 8.
Dips: bw-bw+25-bw+45 for 8
Pushups: 40.
Bike Ride: 10 min

Done.


Workout was satisfying and no major issues other than getting more tired towards the end. Hopefully coming days I'll get my lungs cleared completely. My left bicep is coming along nicely and has been handling the load better these days.

Took my 1cc pin of Test E 250.

As I did not go to the gym Friday or Saturday I went on Sunday. Did legs.

3/5/2017:

Did legs and kept it simple and weight reasonable:

Stationary Bike: 8 min to warm up.
Stretches/calisthenics: 15 min.
Leg extension: 85-145-205-245 for 8 got 6 at 245.
Leg Curl: 125-185-235 for 8.
Lunges: 40lbs each hand for 8 reps 2 sets each. These BURRRRRN!
Plate loaded Back Extensions: 125-185-225 for 10.
Roman Chair leg raises: 20
Standing Calf Raises: 140-220-320 for 10 (feeling great!)
Good mornings: bar-95-135-155-185 for 8 got 1 at 185 again as back was starting to complain.
RDLs: bar-95-135-225-315 for 6 got 4 at 315.
Barbell Squat: 135-185-225-275 for 5 got 3 at 275 again. Was a grind getting it up out of the hole.

Quick bike ride for 10min

Done.

Strength is coming back that's for sure, so feeling the test finally has gotten to its peak.

Just before I wrapped up. Took a few more but damn phone crapped out. Thought I had it charged, and had the music player going as well, but had just 10% left.
 
It has been a while and my training has been going smoother now that my health's improving and my injured right arm continues to improve. Haven't been keeping up with maintaining my forlorn log but cycle still is going strong. For the final 2 weeks I am bumping up the test to 750mg per week with taking the AIs so that I can have a strong finish.

Here's more gains made....BOOM!

Did a marathon 3 hr gym session today as won't be going to the gym due to the coming blizzard and my area is gonna be hit real hard. I'll also be working from home as well for the next 2 days. Feeling real good!
 
Looking good brother, how many pounds have you shot up since starting your cycle?

Yeah, we got that snow coming too.
Been snowing all damn day, but luckily, we're not supposed to get socked too badly.

On the bright side, i can count the snow shoveling as my cardio and give the stationary bike the finger for a couple day's. :D

I am now at 193lbs and still gaining. Gained a net total of 11 lbs.
 
Gym has 5 hammer strength squat racks and 3 deadlift platforms. Love it!
Holyy shiiiit thats nice, we have 2 power racks now which is enough i guess since not many people actually squat at my gym lol. No platforms though, powerlifting is frowned upon there. They dont want anyone getting strong :(

Mine has one squat rack, and a deadlift platform? What's that lol? Sounds noisy. Don't slam weights.

Ahhh man if you dont wanna hear weights hitting the floor pop in some headphones or go to the library! Lol
