First cycle 500mg Test E. Powerlifting peaking/meet

new update: tomorrow will be the last day of week 3 I noticed that I am starting to get annoyed at little things. I'm walking around waiting for some one to say some shit to me so I can say some back hahaha.. even though no one ever says anything in the first place, aggression is definitely increasing. Hit a deadlift Pr yesterday and felt strong on bench today. Going great so far no sides other than aggression.
 
First injection of week 4: starting to notice a difference in my physique arms a little bigger I weigh 5 pounds less but definitely look bigger. Strength is increasing, went in and deadlifted 365 for 8 reps today and it felt light as hell.

Mood: still getting annoyed but not as much. No anger, but I do have this not give a fuck attitude. More so with bullshit, not important stuff. Other than that nothing new
 
Update: I think back a couple weeks ago I crashed my estrogen. I quit taking adex and my libido SHOT up like crazy. I started to bloat, so now I am taking .25mg once a week and it is working pretty well right now. getting bloods in 2 weeks. Question for you guys.. might be a noob question but I was thinking about adding a compound the last few weeks. What are your opinions on this and if so which compound might be suitable?
 
Which one are you running? I’m doing 29-32 right now and going to start #30 tomorrow.
I started 30 last week so far it’s a lot more difficult than the last 2. The deadlifts KILLED me, I was destroyed after. But I was in a rush and didn’t rest that much either

.25 eod sounds like a lot to me, but I respond to low doses. You may need blood work to see if your taking too much. Usually it’s a better idea to start low on anastrazol and gradually move up as needed, because it’s easy to crash and it takes a while for the estrogen to build back up. You are pretty early in your cycle but it may be a good idea to get blood work done already.
Builds up too when taken every other day. Twice a week or mon-wed-sat a better choice
 
well holy shit, today's workout was intense. I felt like I could go forever I had to force myself to stop and the pump I had was insane. I did shoulders and arms today and could hardly straighten my arm because my bicep and triceps were so pumped.

Today was the first day that I noticed a huge difference in my workout and size as well. I think its starting to kick in, tomorrow will be the first day of week 5. Definitely starting to pack on some mass, back up to 173 after dropping 5 pounds during the beginning weeks of the cycle.

emotions were a little unstable today. The first half of the day I was depressed for no reason at all then about mid day I started to feel incredible, talkative and happy.

I also noticed a little bit of nipple puffiness and sensitivity so I took .25mg of anastrozole and it feels a little better. I don't think it works that quick so it could have been in my head. But I did have some bloat for sure my cheeks were pretty puffy so I decided to take one even though I took one Friday.
 
Coming up on the end of week 6, Really starting to notice a huge increase of energy in the gym. I feel like I can push through the burn and power like 5+ more reps than usual. feeling crazy strong and my focus is amazing. I am absolutely loving it. Also noticing that my lats have grown tremendously. I did a front double bicep tonight and it legit shocked me on how much wider I am. Also I measured my arms, Before was at 13 inches. now they are at 14 1/4 in. no pump. My shoulders are also gaining mass. They are starting to cap really nicely

On another note. Im ordering my blood work for this week, there are obviously a lot of options. I know I need LS/MC but I was wondering how important are lipid panels on a cycle like mine? It would be cool to save like $40 but if not, no big deal. ALSO, is there any coupon codes for labsmd atm?
 
Week 8 update: test has definitely fully kicked in. I’m up 20lbs so far with 4 weeks to go. Deadlift has gone up about 40 lbs. bench about 20lbs and I have not tested my squat due to some hip tendinitis. I think I might have been going a little too hard the last couple weeks. Having some pain in my pec and tricep. Think I strained it.

Side effects: had some backne flair up and got a little emotional. I work at a nursing home and noticed that when some one passed away I was feeling really depressed like I wanted to cry. This usually doesn’t bother me too much because I never really get extremely close with them. So Upped my arimidex dose a little to .25 e3d from once a week and the acne went down and I feel much better. No mood swings. Still get annoyed over little things but easily controllable. Sometimes I get some panic attack flare ups but other than that I feel confident as fuck. Otherwise no other side effects.

I notice the biggest increase in muscle size are my biceps, triceps, shoulders, and traps.

On another note. I pinned in the quads for the first time last week and I was missing out. I’ve heard horror stories on the pip, but I didn’t get any pip whatsoever. I pinned higher in the vastus lateralis. About a hand length away from my hip bones. Amazing. Nothing other to report really. Everything is going great

just did my second pin, this one went wayy smoother than the first.
Still was a bit nervous and shaky while pinning but overall I'm happy with this injection. Chose the left ventroglute.

I do have a question, any tips on hitting the actual glute? I feel like I won't be able to use 2 hands which helps me out a lot by holding the base of the needle. Should I just go quad? the only thing is I hear the quad PIP is unreal.

Diet:
On point, ate a shit ton and mostly good foods. Didn't track cals or macros yet.
I rotate back and forth between quads and glutes. Don’t really get a tremendous amount of pip tbh. I remember my first few pins every though. Boy I was fucked hahaha. Could hardly walk up and down stairs (this was about 3 years ago). Now to be honest my quad is my go to spot. Don’t ask me why it’s just always a smooth injection for me And the most comfortable. (Think because I can clearly watch what I’m doing) Just be mindful of keeping your muscles loose before pinning. Sometimes I’ll massage my quad out a bit before injection. Sometimes when I pin glutes I’ll lean opposite side that I’m pinning against the wall to literally make it impossible to put weight on the side being injected. Always massage afterwards as well. Sometimes heating the oil before injection can help from time to time too. Before you know it pinning will become smooth.
 
Update: up 23 lbs atm. Just got my bloodwork results back. LDL High. HDL in range. And my MCHC was high by 0.1. I posted the bloodwork below. This was taken 72 hours after the injection. Would have done 48 but due to work this was the only day I was able to get in
