First cycle advice on high bf%

500mg test with 300mg NPP pull bloodz have AI on hand. But keep on the blood work up!! you are a bigger guy carrying around some fat and if you were a normal guy doing this cycle I think most on here would steer you away from doing it because of the high BF (cut then cycle). But you are an athlete who is trying to improve his performance. Pull blood now, check 5 weeks in, make adjustments and pull blood again 9 weeks in. I think the primo would be a waste only because of your high BF, but it might be good because it could be an anti e to some extent. If you want to add it for the anti e reasons I would go mast, it’s way cheaper. If it were me it would be test/npp and labs, labs, labs….. make sure you do a good PCT also. I can’t help with that I am on TRT. I am sure someone will chime in and give you advice.

Yea I think I'm gonna end up doing 4 bloods for this cycle, with 2 bloods done 5 weeks in and then 9-10 weeks in.

The goal would be to get as strong as possible and hopefully lose some bf in the process.

As for diet, right now I'm eating at a 100-200 calorie surplus, Will probably go on a 600-700 calorie deficit for a couple of months after the season ends and drop around 10 pounds. Doing this to lose some bf and lessen estrogen issues probability, as well as it would allow me to properly bulk while on cycle, and not have to cut as soon as it ends. I'm currently 265lbs, and would not wanna be more than +/- 5 lbs by the time my season starts,
 
I wouldn't use anything with a long ester like deca as it will continue to affect your recovery 5 months + after stopping. I had great success in college just adding some test and dbol. Wet compounds are what your after. Gained over 50lbs each on bench, squats, and cleans in 2.5 months. Also don't use an ai if you really care about strength, estrogen makes you strong af.
 
How much test where you running?
Looks like crashed e2 and crashed prolactin to me!
Did you check this markers while having this problems you say?

Remember Broderick talking about this with football players they blast in the offseason to gain as much mass and strength as they can and than cruise in the season and try to maintain as long as possible then blast away next offseason .

Did bloods prior to starting adex/caber and prolactin/e2 was very elevated. On 400 test 400 npp. My e2 was 3x as high as when I just ran 600 test solo. Blood tests to back that.

I started with 150mg of p5p a day. Bumped it to 250mg. Still limp. Added 0.5mg caber 2x a week. Still limp. Added 0.5mg adex 2x a week. Started to be able to stay hard. Upped that to 3x and I was getting hard and staying hard.

What’s your maintenance calorie intake?
 
You're gonna gain 20lb in like.. 3 days after the first injection just FYI. I gained 8lb or so instantly on anavar and testosterone. I imagine on 500mg it's gonna be even more dramatic.

Thats strange never heard that before
 
I'd go 500mg test per week, ED or EOD dosing, and 250mg primo. I'd aim to recomp and maintain the same weight. Primo really helped reduce the bloat for me on my current cycle. I'm 6' 240 and have dropped a considerable amount of bodyfat in the last month thanks to the gear (and no real weight).

Keep an AI on hand in case you need it for sure. I didn't, but I can buy AIs OTC here.
