First cycle after 447 days off

Alright here we go. Been out of the gym for 447 days when I took this pic a few weeks back ( chronic pain issues). Ran higher end trt doses at 200mg test ew. A few small blasts off 400-500 test to help keep my size. Also took 6mths completely off. Now I'm back in the gym gonna be doing 420 test, 350 mast p, 280 tren a ew pin EOD.
How do I train? Like an old man! I go by how I feel when I enter the gym. Chest, shoulders, triceps one day. Back, arms the next. Leg day is machines only (my legs respond very well, don't need much). Calves I train a few days a week. They don't need much just stretches and body weight only donkey calve raises. When I go to the gym if I'm still fatigued or just feel weak, I leave and come back the following day. I eat a nice combo of healthy and crap. More healthy then crap. Blood work every 6 months.
What is my goal? Muscle memory and maybe a little more. How long is this blast gonna be? 12-14 or until I can't handle it anymore then back to 200 mg ew.
I'll update this posted periodically with my progress.
My only sides im trying to mitigate is belly bloat from test.

Decided to change up the plan on my doses. Gonna try lower test. It worked good last go so I'm starting at test p 175mg, tren a 350mg, and mast p 350mg ew. Gonna pin ED until it's too much of a pain.
If tren gets to be too much ill drop dose. Still may up mast p if things keep in line, side effect wise.
I'm monitoring BP multiple times a day. If I start having issues I'm dropping tren dose as well. Anything above 130/80 is a no go for me. I already have mild high BP.
Plan is still just to get a muscle memory recomp and get leaner. I keep telling myself...no bulk, no bulk lol. Then back down to 200mg maintenance.
Really hoping that can be 100mg test 100mg mast. Visual results, bloat reduction, and then labs will let me know for sure. Getting excited about being back in the gym.
 
My wife makes these very healthy meals in amounts that I can eat everyday for a week then change up next week. This week it's a stir fry of cabbage, kale, Brussel sprouts, snap pees, carrots, broccoli and lean ground turkey, and a side of wild rice.
Then I throw in 2 cheat meals per week for carbo load. Donuts are a favorite, or crepes stuffed with fruit. Also taking creatine hcl with 1 gallon of water daily. Multivitamin, vitamin c (2 kiwi fruits with skin on) and d.

Yes friend enjoy that cycle :) Seems like good plan. Would you mind telling me how you go about getting back in the gym? I've had bad golfers elbow searing pain radiating to my shoulder and took 2 months off, getting back soon. Do you have a plan easing back into your program or anything? Cheers.

Look into BPC-157 and TB500. Great healing ability.
After 4 weeks of BPC-157 my pain is now much easier to deal with.
 
Alright I finally have everything I need for this cycle. First injection was today. I'm doing daily injections. Test p 25mg, tren a 50mg, mast p 50mg. Rotating between mid and front delts, upper traps, lats (upper, mid and lower), chest (upper, mid, and lower as well) and vg. For balance ill do half inject to each side when doing traps, and chest. Blood work is gtg. I'll get blood work again after I drop the tren. Then at the end of cycle I'll go with maybe 100mg test, 100mg mast and get bloods again after levels stabilize.
I'm doing PPL. With a full 24hrs recovery between workout day.

Alright update. I completely dropped the tren. I had a panic attack. Fuck panic attacks all to hell. Now I've settle on 350mg test p 350 mast p. Things are going awesome at this dose. Weighted in at 248lbs this morning and looks like I lost a ton of the subcutaneous water I was holding. Also a little fat loss. I'll get a pic up soon. Gotta take my phone to the gym and look like one of those tards that does gym selfies.

But I'm bigger, muscle memory plus maybe a bit more at 248. I feel great, look great. I'm loving this test p and mast p!

Legs are already back! Ya I gotta get a pic of legs too.

Everyone in the gym has started giving them stares. Walk up to me and small talk

This mast p and test p cycle is going better then planned. 250lbs weigh in this morning. Might as well keep it up and call this a mild bulk lol. Still not putting on any additional fat. Just eating when I'm hungry, which is often.

Terrible pic but there getting there. Getting a lot more striations. Just need to figure out how to get a better pic lol.

Maybe I’m the only one outside the joke but Do you really eat raw ground beef?

251lbs this last few weigh ins. First thing in the am right after I crap. I'm thinking I'll be able to hit 254-257 this cycle. No increase in bf. This cycle will be over at the end Nov. Then I'll cruise for Dec - Feb, get labs, then do a small blast for a cut. Plan is to be ripped by May-June 2024 at between 10-12%. Hoping to cut to around 240-242lbs. That'll be 5-7lbs of more mass for me since my last cut when I weighted in at 235lbs.
