Partial update, gained a little holiday carb weight after christmas and just got back into the gym. 221lbs eek, it'll drop down quick tho, same thing happened Thanksgiving. Feeling strong but my endurance wasn't there today after a handful of sets.
I got some cialis in though! Combined with some pre workout and additional L citrulline/malate(to reach 6-7 grams total) my vascularity is still looking good.
All in all, I'm stoked for cycle #2 in mid February or so. Anavar + testosterone. ~10 weeks of Test-c, 7 of anavar, maybe a little winstrol sprinkled in. I think it'll be successful. Adding quadricep isolation in as well.
Oh regarding my normal incline situps and adding weight, i was at 25lb but now i can do the same incline situps with a 45lb weight. Like 10-15 reps x 5 sets or so. I feel like it saves time and gets to the point.
Arms still looking 9% BF(on dxa data) but i can see the water/carb weight in my phyisque. Still for a shirtless morning after holiday photo i don't think i fell off too bad.
Edit: oh my traps off cycle are completely back to normal but my delts stayed! The final photo is just me at a new years party, zero exercise that day.
