Thanks for the props everyone. I'm in Hawaii. I gained a little weight here. 224lbs. Surprising enough my girlfriend held her weight consistently this whole trip. Hawaii is amazing though it's substantially more expensive than say vacationing in Southeast Asia.

We have a condo in Waikōloa on the big island of Hawaii. it's soo nice but I feel like it's a California style golf resort. Fake af, though we've been exploring more local stuff.

Pro tip: spending $175/person for a 'sunset luau' is not worth It. Maybe if it's for your mom/grandma but for $350 you could eat 2+ 'fancy'ish meals elsewhere on the island. The sunset luau was like hometown buffet quality. Still thankful for the experience none the less.

I'm staying on the big island for the duration of this trip. I ventured out to some waterfalls and caves near Hilo. Super fun, also drove up to mauna kea, the volcano. Tried to sprint at 10,000ft thought I was gonna suffocate from lack of air lol!

My weight was 216.5 this morning so the excessive carbs/water is going away. I'm thankful as I saw 229lbs on black Friday evening. I was like... fuuuck so I fasted and went swimming/to the hotel gym several times.

Today I'm switching from waikoloa hilton to an airbnb in kona, which is the downtown area. There's a planet fitness so I'm gonna try to get 2-3 proper workouts in prior to departing. Hope to leave hawaii around 212lb.

I'm back home! The temperature difference from Hawaii vs norcal is a bit depressing. I left hawaii at 213.4lb so reasonably close to my goal.

It's a trip how you can eat like a regular "normal person" and gain 15+lbs so quickly during holidays. I honestly became concerned when I stepped on the scale black Friday and saw 229lbs. Felt weak as fuck too, thankfully my strength came back after fasting.

I love Hawaii sooo much yes I even spent time in their "downtown" not just old people resorts. My employer exists in Hawaii, a rather large construction company, buuut they're not union like "us". Still the cost of living is the same as where I live in California. I'm so tempted. I don't have kids or a wife...

Maui felt substantially more humid than my travels around the big island. Though it was way more beautiful. Jurassic park status.

Since my whole log is photo based I'll share my last couple days in Hawaii.

First photo is no pump, taken prior to wandering around 2 miles underground in some caves near Hilo, Hawaii. I honestly think Iook healthy af especially at my height of 6'2 and weight 216lbs in photo.

2nd photo is after the joy of crawling between cave segments and finally returning to the surface. I look a bit more pumped. I also banged my gf in the cave lol. I mean... who wouldn't that's the whole point of having a gf. "Baby it'll be fine just get good footing" lmao

Just a little update, i haven't fallen off! In fact i started doing my normal incline sit ups with a 25lb weight!(might be ready to try 35 soon). The reach over your head thing while crunching. That tore my stomach up! Such a good feeling!!

My weight is stable around 215lbs, and i plan on getting a follow up blood test in the next week or two to check my natural testosterone level and hopefully see good numbers. I feel great, wakeup horny, i don't feel down or weird about being "natty" at the moment. I still feel buff.


Oh i was at a night club in a tank top and some dude asked me if i had any cocaine for sale. I was like... uh, no. Then he asked, "do you sell steroids" lmao i couldn't stop laughing.


The picture is taken during sit ups and afrer chest so my arm pump was going away. Still good definition though!

I forgot to post this image. This is how I looked at the end of my cycle, I'd say peak anavar which was 6.5 weeks or so. I was taking Cialis tho. This is before my abs really showed up which occurred a week or so after cycle end in august. 230+lb in photo a lot of glycogen

I had no idea middle aged men went to night clubs, but, anyway, one hell of a difference since your first post pic.
I look pretty young, something about "black don't crack". I still get ID'd if i have a beanie/hat on. I think it's pretty common in big cities as they're less people having children and more crazy cat ladies etc. Plus electronic music vibes have no age limit. Senior citizens go to edc!
 
Partial update, gained a little holiday carb weight after christmas and just got back into the gym. 221lbs eek, it'll drop down quick tho, same thing happened Thanksgiving. Feeling strong but my endurance wasn't there today after a handful of sets.

I got some cialis in though! Combined with some pre workout and additional L citrulline/malate(to reach 6-7 grams total) my vascularity is still looking good.

All in all, I'm stoked for cycle #2 in mid February or so. Anavar + testosterone. ~10 weeks of Test-c, 7 of anavar, maybe a little winstrol sprinkled in. I think it'll be successful. Adding quadricep isolation in as well.

Oh regarding my normal incline situps and adding weight, i was at 25lb but now i can do the same incline situps with a 45lb weight. Like 10-15 reps x 5 sets or so. I feel like it saves time and gets to the point.

Arms still looking 9% BF(on dxa data) but i can see the water/carb weight in my phyisque. Still for a shirtless morning after holiday photo i don't think i fell off too bad.


Edit: oh my traps off cycle are completely back to normal but my delts stayed! The final photo is just me at a new years party, zero exercise that day.

It's been 30 days since my last update! I got covid the first week of january. It was pretty shitty for 4-5 days. Like the kinda flu/sickness you'd get as a kid and momma would give you gingerale and canned soup.

Anyways I've lost weight, I'm hovering around 210-212lb. I've been working odd jobs via app work and thus I've been walking a lot. Like I've always walked but my fitbit data occasionally shows 10mi/day.

I didn't want to lose this weight nor glycogen but it's just a part of life.

My strength came back about 1 week after covid. I was real concerned as my dumbell weights for lateral raises and bicep curls dropped 5-10lb. Also endurance was fried.

I'm thankfully back to my normal ability to superset everything. Though my recovery time is fucked. Used to be overnight, maybe 24 hours, now im at 48 hours.

I think when i hop back on cycle my abdominal muscles will become super saturated with glycogen.

Next post will be blood test of my current levels and a dexa scan to figure out how much(hopefully zero) muscle i lost.

I'm concerned about my weight loss. Trying to avoid looking like Habib6th by

Yesterday i worked out but skipped abs due to time. I had no idea they were this visible as I'm always working them out and i guess the definition goes away as pump fades. I was impressed and shocked at the same time.

In the beginning i dosed anavar morning and night but about half way through i began dosing pre workout. I originally was taking 50mg but the pump was too much so i dropped it down to 25mg.

The anavar was sourced from noexcuses which isn't really mentioned on this board much. It's an eroids source. Though I'd happily order from the kingdom or purple panda but i don't need hundreds of var pills or 10+ grams of it.


My suggestion would be to consider ECA, i couldn't have done this without ephedrine. Bronkaid gang! Thanks walgreens for the gainz.
 
Been doing decline sit ups with now 45lb plate for a couple months. They're working! Not a fan of the vericose vein in my arm. Feel like pre workout makes it look worse.

Update: had a fun $2300 car repair occur so that kind of postponed my upcoming cycle, blood work, and dxa scan. Been riding my motorcycle everyday. Toughened me up a bit as i didn't like being cold at first. Now i remember why i love riding so much.

Starting to get more chest striations and my lats are growing.

I'll make sure to at least get the dexa scan before 3/31. Which is the 1 year mark of beginning my body transformation.

The cycle will likely have to wait until june. As i don't wanna be on cycle at edc and bloated from T

They changed the lights at 24 hour fitness! It's pretty bright. My vascularity is like obnoxiously visible. It's kinda funny because i look like im on steroids but it's been 8 months lol

I imagine the dexa is gonna put me at like 12% or so due to the 10lb weight loss. However it's gonna show my quads losing lean tissue for sure. So much walking at work and not enough leg day. We'll see what i can do in 2.5 weeks
