My liver values are still ever so slightly elevated in high range but I read here on meso that exercise can cause that and I do quite a bit of it.
I decided to take 12.5mg of aromasin Sunday afternoon to drop my estradiol down. I'm reasonably confident it didn't crash my E as I'd likely be feeling terrible by now. Fingers crossed.
I will take it 1x a week until my pct finishes, I'm nearly there.
I rejoined 24 hour fitness! I'm actually pretty excited, I've gone swimming, hot tub, and steam room the last couple days and am going to transition my workout from PF to 24. It'll be nice to use a barbell again, hack squats, and the 2.5lb weight intervals!
They're way more bodybuilders so i feel I fit in better there than planet fitness. It's nice to get nods from people instead of stares.
Was curling 52.5lb dumbbells today because everything else taken by people doing shrugs n bs.
I usually use 45lb and mix in 50lb as I get pumped. Was nice to feel that stress on my muscles. 32.5lb Flys, this was a little heavy I could do 4-5 reps before failure.
Gotta figure out my groove there again my membership expired when the pandemic began 2020.
This photo is after swimming for 30 minutes or so. I definitely am not a Michael Phelps in the water but I am going to work on my form and swimming cardio.
They have some like.. resistance pool floaty weights that are pretty sweet too.
Going to Vegas on Thursday for fun around the strip during edc!(music festival). Looking forward to some swimming, eating a ridiculous meal or two, and checking out all the beautiful scenery.
So today, Monday, I cut my carb intake to zero for the next ~72hours to drop some water which will quickly be replaced from food/beverages. Just to avoid getting bloated In Vegas and hopefully increase muscle definition on my abdomen.
221lbs at the gym wet today.
