My liver values are still ever so slightly elevated in high range but I read here on meso that exercise can cause that and I do quite a bit of it.

I decided to take 12.5mg of aromasin Sunday afternoon to drop my estradiol down. I'm reasonably confident it didn't crash my E as I'd likely be feeling terrible by now. Fingers crossed.

I will take it 1x a week until my pct finishes, I'm nearly there.


I rejoined 24 hour fitness! I'm actually pretty excited, I've gone swimming, hot tub, and steam room the last couple days and am going to transition my workout from PF to 24. It'll be nice to use a barbell again, hack squats, and the 2.5lb weight intervals!

They're way more bodybuilders so i feel I fit in better there than planet fitness. It's nice to get nods from people instead of stares.

Was curling 52.5lb dumbbells today because everything else taken by people doing shrugs n bs.

I usually use 45lb and mix in 50lb as I get pumped. Was nice to feel that stress on my muscles. 32.5lb Flys, this was a little heavy I could do 4-5 reps before failure.

Gotta figure out my groove there again my membership expired when the pandemic began 2020.

This photo is after swimming for 30 minutes or so. I definitely am not a Michael Phelps in the water but I am going to work on my form and swimming cardio.

They have some like.. resistance pool floaty weights that are pretty sweet too.

Going to Vegas on Thursday for fun around the strip during edc!(music festival). Looking forward to some swimming, eating a ridiculous meal or two, and checking out all the beautiful scenery.

So today, Monday, I cut my carb intake to zero for the next ~72hours to drop some water which will quickly be replaced from food/beverages. Just to avoid getting bloated In Vegas and hopefully increase muscle definition on my abdomen.

I've been thinking about my dxa data and noticed my gynoid(hips/lower tummy)carries the majority of my fat. 16.5% or so, followed by legs(my ass is kinda flabby). The other portions of my body are super lean and thus lower the overall bf %. Like the giant mass that is my calves.

While this bugs me due to social media/reddit showing me shredded people everyday there's not much I can do at the moment.

Cutting without cycling would destroy the lean tissue I put on. So I think it's in my best interest to just continue with maintaining what I've built and lost until ~March, when I may embark on a similar anavar/testosterone or other mild(ish) cutting cycle.

If cycle #2 doesn't take care of the left over fat I will get plastic surgery and be done with it. Life is too short to feel uncomfortable.

I forgot to post the whole main portion of the recent dxa scan.

I'll definitely heed your advice and just focus on cutting in the spring. The stubborn fat may leave. I was referring to the loose skin but thinking about what you said and the data, it's mainly fat.

Ah, well, I don't have any experience with loose skin and have no idea whether it will tighten up - but you look a whole lot better than you used to, and would look even better leaner.

Worry about the loose skin later if it stays.
 
I have no idea why you would even consider plastic surgery to remove fat.

Just keep cutting until you get where you want. It is that simple.
Im getting body dysmorphia, it's not on purpose I need to stay off some reddit subgroups.

That being said I spend so much time worrying about how I look without a shirt that I forget managed to grow some muscles!

The last two days since I took 12.5mg aromasin I've woken up horny as fuck. I haven't really felt horny on clomid until now, though everything still worked if my girl propositioned me.

So dudes if you're not horny check your estradiol levels, mine was 53 and I had no interest in seeking pussy. Aromasin fixed me right up.

I need to work on my chest, hopefully swimming and water dumbbells along with real Bench press helps.

Dropped down to 217.2lbs this morning!

Yesterday I did a double gym day. Double swimming too, I was dying this morning. I haven't felt this sore in awhile! Yesterday was ~5200 calories consumed according to my fitbit!

Today I forced myself up for a hard gym session including an hour swimming/aerobics after and some hottub/steam room. It's nice to see my little ab dimples on the side looking so prominent.

Had a little dandelion tea, nearly zero carbs, and 25mg Hydrochlorothiazide. also only 1 meal/day + shake and fasting in-between. I have a prescription for it from when my blood pressure was real bad. So I'm not gonna end up with cramps or anything. I'm used to taking it, I just refilled it yesterday.

Hoping I wake up in the 215lb range tomorrow, Thursday, and sub 215lb Friday when the festivities begin

Gonna go back to the gym now and get some more calories consumed and water removed. Ugh it's so hard to walk away from the weight area once pump begins even when the joint aches begin

211.6lb today hahaha I cannot believe it. My pee doesn't even look yellow but I woke up to piss like 4 times, like if I drank a 6 pack of water beer. I even moved my scale and checked for debri under it. It's crazy.

That being said my titties are nearly all muscle after the dehydration of my tissue!

I took a quick video to show my ab detail, I'm amazed this kind of change happened so easily.

Anyways in the hotel gym I was working on curls with 50lb dumbbells. Well, the most I've curled is 55lb, so today I felt like giving it a shot


This video is after ~8 sets of biceps/lat raises. I only manage 4 calm reps of 60lb dumbbell from my right side. My left side is a little weaker from breaking my collarbone last year. I still got 4 reps in on the left but I had to cheat it up a bit by shifting my body.



I don't plan on trying to progress with 60lb dumbbells, I feel like there's a high risk of wearing my elbows down. I have really long arms so there's a shitton of leverage put on my joints if I lift heavy.





Still... I can't believe it. I used to curl 25-30lb before anavar and T just ~7 months ago.
 
I have no idea what I weigh on day 3 of edc Las Vegas but based on my muscle definition I would assume 205-07lb.

So yeah, cutting water is priceless if you have an event or competition coming up

Well I survived. I'm back, I actually got paid to go to edc. My festival ticket was given to me by a guest. Then some random dancing chick inside gave me vip. My friend owns a party transportation/shuttle company that does packages with hotel. I got to be one of the reps who helped escort people to our busses leaving the festival. Serve alcohol on the ride up, basic questions. Wave a flag in the festival, and just be a solid hype guy. It was like a big family thing but ~250 guests 6 busses and 15 reps, a photographer, etc.

I had such an amazing time! My weight is 218lbs, I ate a lot of carbs/recovery food the last couple days. No gym yet, maybe some swimming today, my fitbit data is ridiculous. I walked like 20 miles 6,600 calories the day I went in the festival.

Some dude ran up to me in the crowd and said, "what is your stack? You should do tren brooo" Then flexed his bicep lol. I said, why? I'm already bigger than you.

I feel like I met a reddit user in real life lol!
That is about the gayest conversation I've ever had.

I have nothing against tren but that look is not my fitness goal. I'd want to look like an Abercrombie model, not a 7% body builder. Though he looked like neither lol.

I completed 8 weeks of pct, it's been about 3 days no clomid. I feel a little manic but hopefully that goes away.

I've been working on my lats I think they're growing!

Curling 52.5lb dumbbells then farmers walking the gym gets me quite the looks

Today I weighed 214.2lbs wet at the gym after some swimming.

I definitely feel like I have to rest more. I get hyped and do like 10 sets then I end up crippled the next day.

Looking forward to cycle #2 around February or so. My goal is to lose 10lb fat and put on 10lb lean tissue after glycogen loss. This doesn't seem too impossible.

Feeling less emotionally fucked from ending clomid so that's a plus! I decided to possibly make a fool of myself and take my first photograph in (I think) a body builder pose.

Picked up a pair of gloves and some ankle straps for cables. I'm using them near my elbows for lat isolation. I can tell already my lats are gonna be fried tomorrow. Such a beastly feeling I love it.

The straps are a bit small for my lower bicep area, I should have measured but whatever. It scuffs my arms a bit but that builds character!

In the hot tub about to go do some water aerobics and sweat out some excess salt(Michelada and pho yesterday lol).

I'm 216lbs today, carb loading up to then drop back down towards 212 or so. Going to Hawaii for Thanksgiving so I'm keeping things light until a week prior. Then I'll cut hard, and drop down to 210 for beach life.

when I googled bicep curl weights google was saying 50lb is normal. I was like... I know I'm not at golds gym but I've never seen anyone calmly curl that kind of weight per bicep. Well I've seen it on YouTube with some massive dudes.
 
You look great and clearly put on a lot of mass while cutting! You knew what you were doing and had a solid diet and the results speak for themselves. You look way better than a lot of other dummies that would've added tren and a mountain of other compounds on top. More isn't always better and this thread is a great proof of that.
 
Thanks for the props everyone. I'm in Hawaii. I gained a little weight here. 224lbs. Surprising enough my girlfriend held her weight consistently this whole trip. Hawaii is amazing though it's substantially more expensive than say vacationing in Southeast Asia.

We have a condo in Waikōloa on the big island of Hawaii. it's soo nice but I feel like it's a California style golf resort. Fake af, though we've been exploring more local stuff.

Pro tip: spending $175/person for a 'sunset luau' is not worth It. Maybe if it's for your mom/grandma but for $350 you could eat 2+ 'fancy'ish meals elsewhere on the island. The sunset luau was like hometown buffet quality. Still thankful for the experience none the less.
