First cycle. Anavar, testosterone, eca, with an Ai. 6'2" 250lb - 212 cut - 232 today. Dexa scan and results inside.

Well here it is. I had to do it a day earlier than planned. Yesterday was supposed to be an active recovery day. Lost some muscle, lost some fat.

Woke up 208.8 began hydrating and ate some bs food in the fridge. I wonder if the food messed up my 12.1-12.5% mental goal? As i tested at 213lb. Oh well. It's done. I didn't expect this test to really make me happy. I should be thankful that i nudged into 12%.

This does show me though, that when i go back on cycle i should easily get the lost lean tissue back and thus be able to drop into 10% range with a 2nd cycle.


Also they changed the color grading maybe to help fat people feel better? No more lean = green, fat = red.

I felt better when my body was green lol

Sorry for the necro post, but i know you are active still.

I was looking on your post and couldn't find your caloric intake during your cycle, how much you used to eat on average and how much carbs and protein?
 
Necro post!? It's only been two-ish weeks!! I haven't fallen off. Actually just scheduled blood work for next week.

I focused less on calories and more on making sure i consumed +/- 200 grams of protein a day. I generally stay low carb, like 50 or less per day.

I'd eat fish(salmon,steelhead and tilapia), nuts, keto bread, eggs, spinach, occasional ribeye, boneless chicken thighs, iso whey protein shakes with chia seeds to curb appetite. Snack on mini bell peppers and hummus, eat okios low sugar protein yogurt.

Maybe once a week I'd eat a hefty(in calories) meal with lots of carbs.

For my 2nd cycle i will be more strict in counting as I'm reasonably lean now.

Have worked out the last 3 days in a row, feeling good about summer!

No, definitely not. I lost 18lbs of fat from beginning of cycle dxa to end 8 weeks later. I did a lot of intense days where my watch would say 4,000-5500 used calories.

Lets say the fitbit is way off, still we're talking 3,000 burned calories and i certainly wasn't consuming that.
 
A friend asked me to video the lat/shoulder cable exercise i do with those velcro cuffs. So i decided to share it here as well(screenshot due to face). Quality sucks due to selfie cam but it's awkward to setup my phone to record in the gym. Makes me feel like a huge douchebag.

People look at me ridiculous when I'm hooking up lol, then they see my striations and completely change face.

I saw an older gentleman doing this when i used to work out at planet fitness. He wasn't big but he was incredibly cut and it was impressive to me and i had to try it.

The ankle cuffs don't fit my arms so i added a zip tie to lengthen the hook up.

Great work so far. You're likely gonna stall at 12%. I had the same issue. You got to start getting more aggressive with your deficits (while cycling) and creative with your cardio. HIIT and Sprints helped me break under that 10% mark.

Gotta love anavar. Such an underrated steroid.

For your next run, try 100mg of var for 8 weeks. Just 400mg of test. You'll see what it does for your physique.

I modified my gym membership about 3 weeks ago so i can workout 5 minutes from work. This allows me to get at least an hour in monday - friday without traffic issues. I definitely feel happier and stronger from it.

My back isn't looking too shabby either!

Results in, my testosterone level is 432. While this isn't much lower than my starting point it's not that great either. I'm actually surprised i kept this much muscle with that low of a number while still feeling strong,horny,etc

My liver values are back to normal, and kidneys still functioning well at 120gfr(139 African-amer).

So I've decided to hop on a cruise leading into a blast! I'm going to vegas in ~10 days for edc music festival again so it'll be nice to see if me pinning fills up my muscles or not.
