How long would you say is better to run the cycle of 125 mg of test and 200mg of drostanolone and would a high dosage of test e help such as 175mg a week or 218mg with the 200mg of drostanolone.

Or remove testosterone totally

And run 300mg of drostanolone
And primo yay or nay

16 weeks is too long and honestly I would train better when I have more free time which is less time so would 12 week be better

And Would the use of exemestane have a negative affect on or could be just a waste of pills if taken without need as blood work isn’t a very accessible thing

And if so exemestane or anastrozole and the same question if taken blindly would their be any heavy negatives or waste of pills if taken if take without need.

Not taking account of my personal figure how much of a caloric deficit and how much protein would you guess for 80 lean body mass I was shooting for 200-250 some said it’s excessive
25 percent bf maximum

Additionally I would use 500iu of hcg once every three day for the duration of the cycle

In pct I have an abundance of clomid I take daily already and I bought for dirt cheap on holiday

I’ve attached a picture of the physique I want to most of you would think it’s basic but I just want mainly cut heavily while retaining muscle

I already have clomid as pct and silymarin for liver

Steroids don’t burn fat. Your bf % is too high to cycle without potential side effects. And you don’t need to shut down your natural production for TRT levels unless you actually need TRT.

It sounds like you’re nowhere near ready for gear and should do a lot more research.

If you absolutely insist on using gear, all you need is test, more workouts, and less food. That’s how you lose weight and retain muscle.

Here’s the mean wake up call- you are 100% not going to cut your body fat in half in 12 weeks. This isn’t going to be your hot boy summer. Spend the rest of this year mastering the lifting and nutrition, and 2025 can be your year.

So forget primo and all the others
And with test how much for how long

Can I just hope on Ai from day one as a precaution or willl that cause issues

I thought like primo would be better as it won’t aromatise and it’s fat burning with low toxicity

Let me revise what I said after those questions you asked.

You should not do steroids. You have no idea of the basics. How old are you? Height? Weight?

You’re 25% body fat and want to do a masteron and primo cycle for 12 weeks?

I’m not saying you should NEVER do steroids. But right now you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about and you’re going to mess yourself up if you start a cycle.

Would it be better to cut down with just primo and no Ai
But will still dosing the hcg and running a pct
I’m 19 180cm and want to have a nice physique before uni I’m glad these forums exist

What could I cycle to aid in muscle retention and fat loss?

Brother I’ve said it nicely 2 times now so I’m going to be a little more honest.

You’re too young. You’re too fat. You have no discipline. You have no knowledge. Steroids will not fix the fact that you are lazy and have no discipline. You can mess up your health forever

You are still going to be skinnyfat when uni starts this year. Just accept that and work on a long term plan. You can get great newbie gains and are young enough to make a great body transformation. But it won’t happen in just a few months. Stay away from steroids. And quit taking the clomid that is stupid.
You don’t even need steroids to look like the guy in your picture above.

I bench 130kg and 105 on incline
Sled Leg press at 350kg for 8 reps
Newbie gain have came and went

Those are good numbers for 19 years old. So your problem is your diet. You don’t get to 25% bodyfat by accident.

You’re too young for gear. You just need to get on proper meal plans and stick with it. I’ll say it again- steroids do NOT burn fat. If you eat like shit you will look like shit.

Your newbie gains are not “done” at 19 years old. You’re entering your peak biological window for fitness. Your metabolism is close to the highest it will ever be. Your natural testosterone levels should be close to the highest they’ll ever be. If you can’t get in good shape now then steroids won’t help you.

Just be patient man. You have a lot to learn still.

Isn’t there anything I can take to not have muscle loss while cutting

And thanks again

I think you are better off with slimming down with tirzepatide or semaglutide, bring body fat down ( you will lose 1kg per week easy at first) then reevaluate once at target bf %

You must continue lifting and getting high protein also. You also say bloodwork not accessible. You must get an initial baseline of everything, so get one.

You don’t need to take anything man. You’re not going to lose that much muscle if you eat healthy and keep working out.

Honestly man at 19 years old you could maybe even do a successful recomp if you actually stick to good nutrition. Don’t try and go on a crazy cut and starve yourself. It’s a slow and steady game. Once you lose that fat you’ll be lean and might even appear bigger.

And if you do lose a little strength and size, ITS OKAY. That’s how this game works. Even the best athletes on the planet go a little lighter in their cuts.

No. A 19 year old does not need GLPs to lose weight. If you’re going to give shit advice just don’t comment.

Thanks man I’m rethinking heavily not taking steroids now just wondering how much is a reasonable deficit like 1,000 calories if I’m burning 3500 eat 2500 calories and 200 grams protein

Would clen help?

It might kill you because you're impatient. It's going to be hard enough to stay in a deficit, eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight and continue training, just do those things. If you lose more than 1-2% of your body weight per week you will absolutely lose lean mass.

I went from 25% to 15% last year and it took me 20 weeks.

How much strength/muscle did you lose

But you can’t eat right? Cardio won’t out do the what’s been done in the kitchen. You’re sitting at 25% body fat.

You could change your diet and hit your body composition goals by December. You said you wanted a good body by December in you intro post. That’s 8 months.

It’s good that you received feedback that your idea is terrible. Again, drop the clomid, fix your diet, and keep working out.

When people say the are x% bodyfat they are usually x%+. The food cycle will be the most important part of dieting. What is you diet going to be. With that much stared fuel on board you can loose weight for some time without you body thinking it is starving to the point where it will sacrifice muscle. You may even keep making gains with those 10's of thousands of stored calories. Shoot for 1/2 kilo a week of weight loss after the initial loss the first couple weeks.

How much strength/muscle did you lose

I gained 1lb of lean body mass on TRT (in my 50s), which likely has me at a lower free test than you're at presently. I had a DEXA scan pre and post cut which is where my numbers come from.

Seriously, just focus on sorting your training and nutrition before getting on gear.
